Maddox is 14, from Newport Beach, CA. His favorite spots are trestles, Newport point, and river jetties.

He likes training at SRF because, “…it helps with my surfing and builds the muscle memory for maneuvers out in the water, while at the same time I am building muscle.”

His favorite exercises are the resistance band
trunk twist and the check turns.
