It’s true what they say, what they warn us of, time is a thief. It’s like I blinked and she is 12. Annaliyah is the epitome of what a tween is described as, but she is oh so much more. Annaliyah loves her friends, she feels so deeply for everyone around her. Her sisters are her everything, and so are her puppies. She really misses TJ. She loves to play sports, especially soccer and volleyball, and she is damn good at pretty much everything she does. She has a love hate relationship with school, and tries her best through the hard stuff. Annaliyah loves her name, and prefers to be called it over Anna. Her favourite color is blue, but she also loves black. She has a passion for makeup, clothes, tiktok’s and trends. She voices her opinion in ALL THINGS, and won’t hold back if she thinks you’re wrong and she’s right. She feels music in her soul, just like her mama. She loves to sing along, especially to Rihanna’s ‘Stay’ and anything Phoebe Bridges or Noah Khan. Annaliyah wants to be a lawyer when she grows up, which honestly is her perfect fit. She fights hard for what she believes in. She never stops fighting for herself and others. 11 was a wild, emotional, breathtakingly hard year for her, but she preserves, always. Here we are at 12, another year older, anything year of incredible moments good and bad, lessons learned, and so many more to come. She’s already taught me so much about myself and motherhood, and I love every painstaking moment watching her grow up. we are genuinely so alike. How incredible is it that I have been this lucky to watch my tiny human grow into such a beautiful, kind, young lady? Audrina is truly one of a kind. She has a gigantic heart, and such a thoughtful, caring mind. If you know her, you cant help but smile when she enters a room. Her positive vibes are contagious, and we are so incredibly proud of the women she is becoming. Even at 14, she still wants me to tuck her in, cuddle and hug every chance we get, and although I say things like ‘Dri your a teenager now’ she is my first baby girl forever. Happy Birthday to the man who can fall asleep anywhere, owns more hats than anyone needs, and somehow keeps his cool (mostly) in a house full of four daughters and one very opinionated wife.

He loves a dirty martini, a last minute vacation deal, and every Toronto sports team that breaks his heart annually. He’s serious when it counts, hilarious when we need it, and constantly providing for a crew that never stops needing money, rides, or drama management.
