Quick change of plans ‼️

I am thrilled to announce I am graduating early and will be attending OU this fall! I can’t thank KJ, Lou, and Tom enough for this amazing opportunity.

I want to give a special thank you to my Will-Moor family. None of this would be possible without you. Kim and John, it’s because of you that I’m the gymnast I am today. I am forever grateful for all you have done for me.

See you SOON(er) Norman 😉♥️🤍 by @maddssimpson_

Set to Soar Mini Episode #3 • Maddie Simpson

Today we're collaborating with @maddie.simpson.2027 who is committed to @ou_wgymnastics the current National Champions. Maddie's club gym is @willmoorgymnastics

Maddie was the '24 National All Around and Balance Beam Champion, as well as a Nastia Liukin Cup Qualifier in 2025 where she was the Floor Champion.

Today, she will be talking about her gymnastics story, what part of the sport she mentally struggled with, tips on recruiting, and also has some great messages for all of you.

She is an incredibly hard working athlete, and that's something I'm definitely taking with me.

Maddie, it was amazing to work with you! Thank you for sharing your story and experience with all of us, I certanly hope to work together again in the future. Can't wait to cheer you on as a Sooner!

Update: After a bad landing at practice, I’m thankful for my amazing surgeon, Dr. Pedowitz, and medical team @rothmanortho for repairing a ligament in my foot.

Thankfully, the surgery was a success and I am looking forward to getting back to training soon! Although I am disappointed my junior season was cut short, I know God has a plan for me. Now ready for recovery and senior season!

HOME 🏡 ❤️🤍

I am so blessed and honored to announce that I have verbally committed to the University of OKLAHOMA on a full athletic scholarship!

I first want to thank God. Without Him none of this would be possible.

Thank you to my coaches, past and present. Thank you, Kim, for taking me in with open arms and pushing me everyday. John, thank you for believing in me when no one else did.

Thank you to my family who sacrificed everything for my goals and supported me every step of the way.

To my teammates, friends, and everyone who has been there for me along this journey, I couldn’t have done it without you.

I couldn’t be more grateful for KJ, Lou, Tom, and Ashley for giving me this incredible opportunity. It is a dream come true to be a part of such a prestigious program. Thank you for guiding me to what was meant to be.

And thank you @ou_wgymnastics team for being so welcoming and making me feel part of the team already.

Honored to call myself a SOONER!
