pleated dress with floral lace 🌸

- I thrifted this yellow knitted top with cute lace bra details and turned it into a dress by adding pleated skirt and knitted lace bra 🪄

- my first try with knitting pleats/ottoman stitch with lace weight yarns +standard weight playing with texture and tension (*≧ω≦)

* pairs perfectly with a floral lace/pleated purse as well 🪷

throwback to the first ever knitted dress I’ve made 🪡

it’s inspired by sounds and cymatics, coding different white noise into knitted lace, this dress is a santurary for people like me who needs an escape from the overstimulated and anxious modern life 🪐
