POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Mental health is a deeply personal topic which impacts my life every single day.
I have seen my best friends, family members and myself in situations of distress to the point of hospitalization, overdose and worse.

With this comes shame, hopeless moments of guilt, anger and fear that are not easy to process.

To share this story I hope others see this topic as one which unites us; and if you are in a place of desperation or fear a knowing that you are not weak, alone, unloved or unworthy. You are alive in this moment to be exactly as you are and the inevitable messiness of being human is something we ALL are going through, whether visible or not.

We are all living for the first time and doing the best we can, remember that ❤️🙏🏻🌏#mentalhealthmatters #talkaboutmentalhealth #vulnerablityishard #askforhelp #safespaces taken in World Mental Health Day by @maddybrowntraining
