If Your Business Invoices Clients, Watch This

The Reality:
Most business owners think non-recourse means guaranteed money no matter what. It doesn’t.

Non-recourse usually only protects you if a client or freight broker files legal bankruptcy.

If that broker disputes your rate con, claims freight damage, short-pays, or simply ghosts—non-recourse will not save you.

When that 90-day clock runs out, your factoring company pulls that money straight back out of your reserve or future settlements. That is a chargeback.

The Rule:
Never haul on blind faith. Before you sign any rate con, verify the broker’s credit score, days-to-pay, and credit limit directly in your factoring app.

If your factor won’t approve them, you don’t move their freight.

Stop trading dollars and beating up your equipment for empty promises. Protect your cash flow.
