This Mother’s Day is a whirlwind of emotions. Normally, I’d avoid social media at all costs just to avoid the reminder that it was Mother’s Day. But this year is different. This year, I get to celebrate because of our Maizie girl. 🤍

Becoming a mom has also meant being welcomed into motherhood with open arms by not only moms, but incredible women all around me. I have so much more respect for mothers now. I never fully understood the sacrifices, resilience, and love it takes to be one. There’s something so special about seeing another mom now, like we instantly understand each other in a way we never did before. It’s all so beautiful, and I’m so grateful to celebrate Mother’s Day this year. 🤍 by @maddyk179
