Shout out to my wellness boo and friend @maddyn_d for asking me to do a photoshoot with me and being up to sunrise shenanigans🥹

Felt good to get back into my bag. Feel free to hit my line for a shoot 😘

🔥 CLIENT TRANSFORMATION 🔥

Army Vet. Mother of 2. Bodybuilder. 💪🏾

This one hits a lil different cause not only is she my client, but she’s also one of my close friends! 💯

One thing I can say about her is she’s been putting in the work and trusting the process! No shortcuts, no rushing results, just staying consistent and having patience even when things weren’t moving as fast as she wanted. She understood that building a physique takes time, and instead of getting discouraged, she kept showing up and putting in that work! And now the results speak for themselves! 😤💯

As her coach, I’m proud of the physique we’ve built, but as her friend, I’m even prouder of the discipline and dedication she’s shown throughout this journey!

And the crazy part? We still ain’t done! 😂🔥

A night out in the city 🖤

Outside of being a full time mom and bodybuilder, I love having moments to myself to get dressed up, feel pretty, and enjoy life a little. There’s more to me than motherhood and fitness, and I’m making time to enjoy every side of myself ✨ by @maddyn_d
