SOLD- In the blues that knew me, Acrylic on canvas 6ftx3ft

In creating my figurative work I look at a commonality shared amongst most woman. On first glance my pieces appear focused on the surface and flesh, while capturing private moments and unsettling vulnerability. This piece challenges beauty and colour correlation to reflect internalized turmoil. “In the blues that knew me, the golden hues that found me” captures how we do not always resemble the hardships we carry and our own quiet complexity. Beauty does not determine struggle or lack thereof.

Let me take a moment to introduce myself. I'm a self-taught artist who's been sketching, painting, and creating my whole life, with no formal training just passion. My work forms in multiple mediums, but I'm especially drawn to the beauty and fluidity of the female body and the quite moments of woman relaxed, in private and the thought process that follows them behind that. Every piece holds meaning and a story behind it.
Beyond the canvas, I’ve lived somewhat of an unusual life. From a young age I’ve traveled in the circus , worked in the film industry and bartended in south east Asia. All of these lived experiences have played a role in creating who I am and the artist you meet today. Art, poetry and cooking are my largest passions. That’s just a bit of a glimpse into the person behind the page 🤍

On My Mind, acrylic on canvas 48x36, From start to finish

I know I say this every time but truly my favourite piece! I woke up looking forward to hitting the easel each day. I hope the right person falls just as in love with her as I have over the course of bringing it to life.

My latest work, On My Mind. In typical me fashion, I procrastinated finishing til the last hour. However, I can say I fell in love with the entire process of bringing this piece to life. One of those works that’ll be bitter sweet when she finds her home.

Bed of Tides, acrylic on canvas June 2026

From start to finish. Dreaming of a painting means leaving a gap when people ask me about the meaning behind the piece. Creating from sleep only leaves the truth with my subconscious somewhere buried deep. I can give you my best guess but maybe you’d have to listen to my sleep talk (which I often do) So with this piece, here is a glimpse into my dreams.

✨Work in progress

Funny story, I dreamt up this painting. Eliminating half the work. No need to sit around and wonder what to make next, contemplating concepts. Effectively just woke up,already saw the piece fully completed. I’m an avid dreamer, and more often than not dream up paintings and it feels like my brain is perpetually commissioning me to work for free. Stick around for the final product!
