Yesterday I had to say goodbye to my soulmate, my spirit child and my muse. I realized how much she means to me and that the day would come where I have to say goodbye to her from one material form to another, to welcome her as a piece of my soul and spirit guide. She will be with me always and I am so grateful to realize how she kept me going all this time through every hardship but also to every celebration in this life. Thank you dear Lima ❤️ my inspiration my muse, you will be a part of every creation I make as you have always been. Thank you for your unconditional love and inspiration. Until we meet again 🕊 taken in Schiedam, Netherlands by @madebyegl

Yesterday my stepfather passed away after being diagnosed with an aggresive braintumor in september. Even though we had so little time left we made wonderful memories. I thank him for wanting to be my dad for over 35 years. For getting mad at me for pushing me to take charge. At the end of the day he made sure I knew I could depend on him if I was stuck or in trouble. As I grew older I understood why he was stricter with me. Because of that I could handle everything put in my way and I would not give up even though it would have been easier... I got to say thank you for being there for me and my family, for choosing to help me and so many others. To get mad on our behalf and to shoulder the burdens with us. You have enriched our lives for the better and your sense of justice contagious and made us want to be a better person in this life. Your humor dark and funny and somewhat inappropriate at times... but you always got a pass because you made sure it was lighthearted and fun. I will forever hear your voice inside my head with your funny wordplay and dark jokes. It makes me smile even when I want to be mad or cry. That's just the effect you had on me and on many others I've seen. Thank you for being there for giving me the honor of seeing you off to your next adventure... don't forget to check in on us and I hope I can keep making you proud by not denying my dreams and striving for what I believe in like you always have... thank you 😊

For everyone who is going to a hardtime, don't let the dark times dictate the entire life with someone. Treasure those wonderful moments even though painful sometimes we must be honest to ourselves... would we have want to miss it? I think not. We have been given more then what we have lost. Don't ever forget that ♥️

Lima has decided to honor us humans with her presence in the bookstore 😜 She won't be there everyday but when you find her there please don't hesitate to come say hello and she allows soft cuddles 😉 So come and worshi...*cough* I mean come and pet Lima at the store. As you can see she will not hesitate to give her preferences on what to read next even if you don't ask 😆

Today is a day of reflecting for me. Reflecting on what I'm greatfull for and remembering not the loses but what I have gained and returning this gratitude by smiling and enjoying the memories made and the love and peace that was given to me unconditional. Thank you my darling Emi and Jade, for all the love, fun and quirkyness. Making me smile and comforting me when needed and showing me to enjoy the simplest things in life like just laying on the floor in the sun and soaking in the warmth that is given freely to everyone and everything.

Take a deep breath and please remember to enjoy your time even when it seems so dark and hopeless. There is always a spark of light being given to us by the life around us, so don't forget to acknowledge these little sparks that are given by pets, loved ones or even nature... we are always supported, by the seen and unseen. Big hug for whoever needs it 💗 by @madebyegl
