Vinyl & Vibes is a curated music experience by Baspy & Sounds By Fred. featuring the best of soul, funk, Motown, disco, and classic favorites from the ’70s, ’80s, and ’90s. We want to create an atmosphere where people can enjoy great music, have meaningful conversations, stay for another drink, and cut a rug if you feel like it.
This isn’t a nightclub or a high-energy club scene. It’s designed to complement restaurants, cocktail bars, breweries, rooftops, and lounges by creating an inviting atmosphere that encourages guests to relax, connect, and enjoy themselves.

As a designer, I’ve felt way off from my true self lately.

I recently stopped by a good friend’s restaurant in NYC, and our conversation made me realize just how far I’d drifted from my own style. Somewhere along the way, I started chasing my customer base—making things I thought I had to make just to stay relevant.

I’m done with that.

I’m getting back to my roots. Back to designing from a place of passion. Back to creating because I love style, not because I’m chasing fashion. The goal isn’t to follow trends anymore—it’s to make work that feels true to who I am.

As this year comes to a close, I’ve been taking some time to reflect on what really matters.

Going into 2026, my focus is simple and intentional:
More time with my family.
More meaningful collaborations.
And deeper connections within our community.

Made By Fred has always been about more than just products—it’s about people, shared stories, and showing up for the places that shape us. I’m excited to slow things down where it counts, be more present, and build things that actually mean something.

Thank you to everyone who’s supported, collaborated, shopped, showed up, or simply believed in the vision. The next chapter is about purpose, quality, and community—always.
