32 hours, 5 trips to Home Depot, a dozen or so energy drinks, and lots of paint later… I have officially painted my first mural. 🥹
With a week left before I left for college, Abby approached me about bringing her vision of the yellow submarine mural to life at Sims Kids. I knew it would be a challenge and most definitely a time crunch, but I also knew it was an opportunity I could not pass up. I am SO grateful to Abby for trusting me to bring her vision to life and also to honor her father. I am in love with how this one turned out, and hopefully this is the first of many more murals! 🥳✌️ by @madebymatthys

“Flower girls”

One of my best friends, Lucy, asked me to paint this piece for her sister a little over a year ago. This painting took a long time for me to finish, but truly helped me find my love for painting on my own time. I am so happy with how this one turned out!!
