Truffle red wine peppercorn sauce and ribeye bc the truffle cravings are intense 🥲

• 1 tbsp unsalted butter
• 1 small shallot, very finely diced
• 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp whole black peppercorns (coarsely crushed)
• 1/4 cup brandy or cognac (optional, or swap with extra beef stock) i used 1/2 cup red wine
• 1/2 cup beef stock or broth
• 1/2 cup heavy cream (or double cream)
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• Salt to taste

Uni cream udon using justonecookbook’s recipe for uni pasta BUT i personally think there’s too much shallot because it ended up very sweet 🥲 or maybe it’s bc i used mirin instead of cooking wine. also used soy sauce instead of salt, and adding roasted seaweed was a much needed touch by @madebyshannie

excuse the shitty photos but Made my favorite dimsum dish 🥰 cha siu cheung fun!
used hungryhuy’s rice roll recipe, woksoflife sauce recipe. Felt that the result of the noodle was too soft so will have to experiment with other proportions of flour but am so happy with my first attempt hehe by @madebyshannie
