GF banana pudding cupcakes with banana infused caramel sauce! 🍌 this was such a fun recipe and a challenge for my growing baking skills! ☺️ RECIPE below ⬇️ GF Vanilla Wafers: • 1½ cups (210g) gluten-free flour blend
• ¾ tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp kosher salt
• ½ cup (63g) powdered sugar
• ¼ cup (50g) granulated sugar
• ½ cup (113g) butter, softened
• 1 large egg, room temp
• 2 tbsp whole milk, room temp
• 1 vanilla bean (or 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract)

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. Beat sugars and vanilla bean seeds together.
3. Add butter and beat until light and fluffy.
4. Add egg, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
5. Mix in dry ingredients until combined.
6. Pipe 1-inch rounds onto sheet, spaced 2 inches apart.
7. Bake 13–16 min, until golden around edges.
8. Cool and store in a jar to keep crisp.
Banana Caramel Sauce
Ingredients:
• 1 ripe banana (mashed smooth)
• ½ cup brown sugar
• 2 tbsp butter
• ¼ cup heavy cream
• Pinch of salt

Instructions:
Melt butter + sugar. Stir in mashed banana. Add cream and simmer 2–4 mins. Add vanilla if you like!(1 Tbsp) Strain if desired. Cool slightly, then drizzle.
Banana Pudding Filling
Ingredients:
• 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
• 1½ cups cold water
• 1 (3.4 oz) box vanilla pudding mix
• 1 ripe banana (mashed)

Instructions:
Whisk milk, water & pudding mix. Chill 3–4 hrs until set. Fold in mashed banana. Pipe into cored cupcakes. by @madefromscratch64

My updated GF chocolate chip cookie recipe! 🍪

1/2 cup gf bobs mill flour
3/4 cup sorghum flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 egg
1 tbsp vanilla extract/paste
3/4 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 tbsp white sugar
1-2 chopped dark chocolate bars (depends how you like it)

Cut up half of the butter and brown it in a pan then cool in freezer for 10-15 min. Then mix that, the remaining butter, and both sugars in a bowl. Next, add in the vanilla and egg & mix!

In a separate bowl sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt.then half at a time fold it into the wet mix.

Chop up your chocolate bars then add it to the dough. Form into balls and put on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Keep in freezer for 30 min- 1 hour (can be good for a few days/weeks if frozen!

Bake at 350 degrees for 13-15 min then tap on counter and let cool for 10-15 more minutes! Top with flaky salt and serve :) by @madefromscratch64

🍫 Make these chewy GF protein cereal bars with the recipe below :) No artificial sugar & super nutritious!

Mix in a saucepan on medium heat-

2 tbsp butter, 1 1/2 cup tahini, 1/2 cup maple syrup, 1 tbsp vanilla paste or extract, 2 big pinches of sea salt

Add corn flakes (about 2 1/2 cups) and stir! If you want, add 3/4 cup vanilla protein powder.

Pour into a lined pan and press down tightly!

Melt Hu chocolate with coconut oil, pour over, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Top with some sea salt!!!

Slice and enjoy :) keep them in the fridge! #glutenfree #snacks #bakerylife #proteinshakes by @madefromscratch64
