Now I create stories that feel like something. Stories with emotion. Stories that mean something to somebody.

For Valentine’s Day, we created a mock “Busy Parent Survival Bundle” 💌 for @doordash designed around the idea that love, life, and kids don’t stop. And when life gets busy, the small things shouldn’t stop either.

OSS exists to bring creatives together to build real-world campaigns from concept to execution without waiting for permission.

This project was a full OSS build:
strategy → production → post-production.

We’re focused on building campaigns, not just moments.

This is what Operation Spec Sponsorship looks like when creatives stop waiting and start building. This is the kind of storytelling we’re bringing to brands all 2026.

Touring as a service provider is DEFINITELY an experience 🤣

Long days. Little sleep. BUT always creating

& it’s still fun. we go outside, have a ball, see new cities and make memories but at the end of the day, the work gotta get done… and it GETS done ✅

And we’re not done yet.

I spent nine months looking like I had it figured out. I definitely DID NOT. I was learning in real time and dressing it up as a highlight.

I won’t make this long because the video is already 3 minutes 😂 but this was a LONGGGG journey.

Building a company is HARD, but I like this kind of hard. It’s a good hard.

These past 9 months have been trying, inspiring, fun, confusing, exciting, frustrating, and so many other emotions I probably can’t even explain. I was so busy living through it and being mad about certain things, I didn’t even realize what season I was actually in.

Whole time, I was carrying something.

Just like carrying a child, I was carrying a business. And somehow, God really helped me through the entire process.

Everything isn’t perfect, but I truly believe I’m right where God wants me to be.

Cheers to 9 months of lessons, growth, and new ways of thinking. The next few years are about nurturing, protecting, and taking care of my new baby MAJKLAND.

Oakland is more than a headline.

BLR is proud to be rooted in Oakland! This spec and future campaign is special because it puts the attention back on the positive of Oakland in the mist of the negativity.

This first piece highlights Oakland’s food scene, but it’s only the beginning. Through this campaign, we’ll showcase the talent, the community, the culture, the creativity, the entrepreneurs, the athletes, the artists, and the people who make Oakland what it is.

Because Oakland deserves to be seen in its full picture.

This is Oakland, through our lens.

This spec commercial was inspired by the idea that no matter the moment, celebration, hustle, or recovery, Canada Dry is there for the occasion. Simple moments. Different stories. One refreshing solution.

We had that honor of capturing a glimpse into what’s being built for the next generation of student athletes.

Giving them the visibility, storytelling, and media access they deserve. This is bigger than content. It’s about creating opportunities, building community, and documenting the culture the right way.

I get it now. 🥺

These past 6 months weren’t just about moving to a new city. They were about growth, trusting myself more, learning how to keep going even when things feel uncertain, and really understanding what it means to chase the life you prayed for.

Through all of this I can feel God preparing me for something bigger. Like these first 6 months were just the foundation..

And I TRULY believe the next 6 months are about to be completely different. Bigger opportunities, bigger growth, bigger blessings. Mark my words ✨#MAJK by @madeinmajk

3 things being a creative director beat into me (lovingly):

1 Stay a student of the game. Forever. The day you stop taking notes is the day the game starts taking from you. Watch everything. Save everything.

2 Take direction well. Your ego is not on the call sheet. Some of my favorite work came from a note I almost caught an attitude over.

3 Never give up. Real talk half this job is just being too stubborn to quit. The concept that almost broke you on Wednesday is the one being praised on Friday.
