🐾The power of love ❤️

✨Just 4 short weeks ago Jax was skin and bones but look at him now❣️

✨Approx 4-5 months old, he is an extremely playful and friendly little boy who will need a home where he is part of the family.
Yet to be neutered, Jax is currently boarding at the vet where his skin condition has been treated and he is working towards his ideal weight (aren’t we all…!).

🙏Message if you can offer this sweet chap the loving home he deserves - you won’t regret it🙏

4. Amazing sessions with @brianpilates (so nice I did it twice🙈!)
5. My Pilates home from home @pilateseducationandresearch and a superb 1:1 with @pilatesbymegs

I’ve trained for performance.
I’ve trained for aesthetics.

Now I train for function-
for a body that works with me, supports me- for strength I can carry through life.

✨What a privilege and pleasure it is to be part of The Heritage Training 2026 where we explore the legacy of Kathy Grant under the meticulous guidance of @cprpilates .

✨Kathy Grant was one of the ‘Pilates Elders’ - a student of Joseph Pilates in his studio in NYC - who then went on to run her own teaching studio and was a mentor to Cara who is generously sharing her first hand experiences and teachings with us.

✨Part 1 took place last weekend and it certainly provided some challenges and new perspectives (mental dust still settling…)!

✨As always on these trainings it was great to reconnect with old friends in the Pilates community and meet new ones🙏

✨See you all in Part 2…❣️

✨NEW PILATES FOUNDATION COURSE W/ CHANEL✨

💫We’re delighted to welcome Chanel Quesnel @qwellpilates to the teaching team at the studio!

⚡️Balanced Body trained, Chanel has over 10 years experience as an international professional actor and fell in love with Pilates as a performer. This recently turned carnival event coordinator and new mother discovered a deep connection to the Classical Mat through her journey of balancing presence, strength, and motherhood.

Chanel brings a performer’s awareness of alignment, control, and expression to the Matwork and is excited to share the transformative power of this work with our studio community.

💥Stay tuned for more opportunities to work with Chanel❣️
