🏆✨ I was so honoured to win the CHANGE MAKER AWARD FOR WOMEN last night at Joy House Film Festival. ✨🏆

I would love to dedicate this award to all those who are struggling, fighting battles behind closed doors that no one else sees, those grieving, those whose hearts have been smashed into a million pieces, who’s buried a loved one, who continues to show up and shine their light despite the pain they are experiencing — your light is brighter because of the darkness you have seen. I see you. And I thank you for changing people’s lives with your kindness and the love you so generously give. 🙏💛✨

We’re coming for you Gympie!!!! 💛❤️

So excited to be making our Aussie premiere at @heartofgoldshortfilmfestival next week in Queensland.

Screening as part of Late Night Gold: 9pm, Sat 19th Sept.

With a filmmaker talk on Saturday too about all things mental wellbeing and people pleasing.

I lost a dear friend to suicide a few years ago and it’s a big part of my why.

It’s an awful grief like no other and I know many of you can relate.

Suicide is the third leading cause of death among 15–29 year olds, with over 720 000 people dying by suicide every year.

And these stats are only higher for those in the arts industries.

I’m a qualified Mental Health First Aider, Psychology graduate, and big advocate for helping creatives look after their sensitive souls.

I’m on a mission to help actors prioritise their mental wellbeing so they can kick butt and look after their beautiful minds at the same time.
