When you have the opportunity to go THE @edmylett house for the SECOND time….. you say YES BABY!!!! If there’s one thing I know for sure after today…. I can’t wait to take this 100000 notches up and serve so many more people.

One year ago when I was at his home for the same event, he told me I “had it.” I took that and did something really big about it. Business has never been better. Life has never felt more fulfilling. My clients are killing it and I can’t believe this is my life.

To Ed - Thank you for seeing ME. Thank you for remembering me. Thank you for your kindness and belief in me. I couldn’t be more grateful than I am today.

To my amazing people - I am so determined to become the best I can possibly be to serve each and every one of you at the highest possible level. I learned more today than I have in 6 months.

One day you’re thinking “I can’t wait for that to be my life” and another day you wake up and think “what a fucking time to be alive.”

My biggest flex is not the money. It’s not the business. It’s nothing I have.

It’s the fact that the 15 year old depressed as fuck Maddie would be so fucking proud to know we grew up to become me. 🤪❤️🥂

There’s nothing you can’t do, have, or become. All limits are self imposed and in our mind. I’m so grateful I figured this shit out instead of thinking it wasn’t meant for me just because I didn’t come from big wealth.

I never checked myself faster than when I thought “this should be easier” because if it was meant to feel easier for me, then it would feel easier. I didn’t deserve easy. I deserved exactly what I felt and the way I felt was a byproduct of me not doing the work for a year.

You are always experiencing exactly what you deserve. And just because you’re successful once doesn’t mean you’ll be successful forever.

You have to maintain a million dollar company the same way you maintain abs.

You have to maintain a relationship the same way you maintain a certain mile time.

Success is rented and what you don’t continuously refine and maintain or grow, you lose.

This is why these “ease and flow” marketers are keeping people broke - no one ease and flowing is maintaining huge money. Even maintenance requires a significant amount of work.

Less looking for cheat codes and making excuses and more doing exactly what it takes - day in and day out.

People are like “Maddie why aren’t you posting more about WATTBA Live” and I’m like “bitch there are literally like no tickets left” 🤣😂 WATTBA has the opposite problem of most events - we sold out WAY too early and while I’m so grateful, now we know next time!!!

WATTBA didn’t move a fuck ton of tickets in just a few weeks because of “hype” - it’s because people are craving real people with real value - and I am so grateful for our lineup of incredible 7-9 figure speakers that are dedicated to making that mission possible.

The 1% woman who makes 1% money? Most people don’t know how to lead her.

Most mentors just tell her how amazing she is. They tell her she’s good enough all the time. They tell her how good her life is as if she didn’t know that. A lot of the time they actually get triggered by her.

When you’re already successful and look perfect on paper, it can become incredibly isolating. The problems that pop up are different. And the problem with these women is they start gaslighting themselves.

👻They start telling themselves that their average is good enough.
👻They start feeling like they can’t have problems because other people have it worse.
👻They start lying to themselves and telling themselves that they should just be grateful… even though they’re already fucking grateful. But that doesn’t mean their average is good enough.

An elite can run a 5K in 20 minutes. The average person can’t run a mile without even stopping.

An elite makes 6 figures per month. The average person in America makes $65,000 in one year.

If an average American started running 10 minute miles, they’d be celebrated. If an elite ran 10 minute miles, they’d be super slow.

If an average American got a raise from $65K to $100K, they’d be celebrated. If an elite entrepreneur made $100K in a month when she’s capable of $300K? Not impressive.

“I just want to be nice” that’s also why you attract losers who don’t do the work.

And this is the thing. I am nicer than ALL of these fake nice hoes.

I care more about YOUR transformation than I do your perception of me.

I care more about YOU seeing the truth than I do keeping you comfortable.

I care more about YOUR ability to face your shit and hold yourself to a level so you can get what you want.

I actually think that is the “nicest” thing anyone can do.

Most women see nice as:

❌ Being agreeable
❌ Being kind
❌ Over-giving and over doing

And then when people realize you’re a pushover, they see how much they can take advantage of you. You give an inch - they take a mile.

And then you finally put your foot down? They think you’re mean anyways because you stop kissing ass and they become little victim ass bitches. 0/10

How fucking brainwashed do you have to be to think you’re a bad person for holding people to what they said they’d do?

I don’t have people emailing my team crying about not making payments because the standard I set is that you make your payments, you only sign up for things you’re ready to utilize, you take responsibility, and follow through with your word. This standard is also bare minimum. This is equivalent to you requiring your future husband to treat you with respect. It is bare minimum.

The reason why many women don’t attract dream clients is because their highest standards are my bare minimum ones.

You hold high standards for yourself but when it comes to your spaces, you fold because you want to be the nice and agreeable coach.

“Nice” is exactly why your income is stagnant for a year.
“Nice” is exactly why you get walked on 24/7.
“Nice” is why they buy your $97 offer but pay multiple 5 figures to someone else.
“Nice” is why they come into your space and don’t do the work and don’t take responsibility for it.

The “nicest” thing you can actually do? Hold a higher standard. Be honest about what it takes to be successful. Don’t make fucking excuses.

Thats when you’ll 10x your income and quality of client. by @madelinekossin
