as i sit in the airplane on my way back home, im in awe of how the Lord works. last monday night, in no way did i feel i was in a place to serve, but very quickly did my mindset change. Magdalena has such an impact on me and my relationship with the lord. you truly have to be there to fully grasp it, there’s no words that describe this place and these people, who have little to nothing and get up each day without the luxuries we have and smile and go out of there way to serve everyone around them.. so many memories and relationship i gained this week that im forever grateful for…

isaiah 6:8 says “Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, ‘Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?’ And I said, ‘Here am I. Send me!” there’s no words that could describe this place and what it’s like and what it means to me , i’m greatful every day that i get to experience Magdalena and its people… the team i worked with this week was hands down INCREDIBLE! to say the least. we completed two houses and spent time with this kids at the school and delivered 8 water filters to people in need of fresh water. i’m greatful and thankful for the opportunity to serve the lord and be the hands and feet for him… i don’t wanna come home 😓 and yes, they do say 67 here 😊 taken in Magdalena Milpas Altas by @madelyn__crippen
