Hello all! I have just a couple more treatment days in each location before I start my parental leave. I plan on returning to Evolve Health & Wellness February 1st, 2027. Please stay tuned via email and check here for updates regarding my return to my Grimsby-based practice, which will be roughly April 2027!

As I wind things down in-clinic in preparation to have my third baby, I feel a sense of gratitude towards all my clients, colleagues, and friends who have all supported me throughout the growing of my family since 2021. I appreciate all of your continued interest, bookings, and referrals over the years, as well as for the heartfelt well wishes each time I have stepped away from practice to be a full-time newborn mom. Your support has been a through-line as my life as a professional and human has continued to change and progress. My business and client-therapist relationships are nearly as meaningful to me as these cuties above!!

I can’t wait to continue growing within my chosen career in 2027 and beyond. Thank you to everyone who has been a positive part of my 9 and 1/2 years as an RMT so far!

Thank you so much for your votes! I’ve been honoured to be in business caring for Niagara & Hamilton residents this past 9 years, and to help represent the best new clinic in town since its opening, alongside RMTs Olivia and Heather. Thank you Grimsby Rehab Collective for the opportunity, and thank you to all of my clients and any community members who voted for all of us!!! by @madelynermt

Jumping for joy for my friend and girl boss @dr.alliezaruk who is levelling up her longstanding practice yet again this new year! She has renamed her business @grimsbyrehabco and is relocating her team as of January 1st, 2026. The big announcement here is that AM GOING WITH THEM! I will be keeping my website, online booking tool, pricing, policies, and even most of the treatment room equipment and decor exactly the same. If you have an appointment with me beyond December 31st, 2025, I will be offering you your treatment at the new address! This and more information will be coming out in a couple more weeks so please keep up with your emails, and check out Grimsby Rehab Collective’s website in the meantime or check who’s tagged in this post to see the full staff list:

Saturday plans!!!
Friends, Hamiltonians and surrounding area residents: Please turn up to this if you want sustained quality of life on Earth, if you expect our politicians to end Canada’s complicity and participation in genocide and to overhaul its for profit tendencies. Please come together with my family and I and be visible with some very vital demands. This is happening across Canada, be there if you can.

Mirabel Maingot was born on August 26th! Both baby and myself are doing exceedingly well, baby is feeding well and gaining weight, and we are getting out on adventures as a family of 4 and enjoying the remaining time we have before my spouse returns to work in this still summery weather - wish me luck solo-parenting 2 kiddos next week for the very first time haha! 😅
Thank you everyone for your well wishes and good vibes during my last couple weeks of work leading up to my birth experience - it was amazing and I’ll be happy to share more if asked 😌
🙏🏼🫶🏼See you in a couple of months!

An early congrats to @dr.alliezaruk as she prepares to go off work and welcome her baby in September! 🤗🌸🥰So excited for you!
👋🏼And since I’ve worked my last day before my due date, a temporary farewell from me to this whole team of skilled, capable, lovely and supportive women I get to call my colleagues. We are so, so lucky to work in this environment. Come see any of these amazing practitioners while I am off and as needed:
