In today’s video, our chapter went on a trip to Raisin Hell Ranch! This is a sectional trip so, our chapter got to interact with others from around the section! Raisin Hell had 2 mazes, food truck and drinks for our students to enjoy! It was a bit scary but they managed through. Thank you Raisin Hell!

LAST BUT NOT LEAST…
your chapter president !

Hey Madera FFA!! My name is Luz Rodriguez and I am extremely excited to be serving as your 2026-2027 Chapter President. I’m currently a senior here at Madera South and this is my 4th year being in FFA. I enjoy trying new things and traveling. Some of my favorite things to do are going on walks while listening to music, hanging out with my friends & going to Dutch!

I have so many incredible memories but my favorite one would for sure have to be winning state finals & becoming Rabbit/Cavy Evaluation State Champs with some of my favorite seniors & advisor my junior year. All the interactions I’ve made with numerous FFA members whether it was at state conference, mfe/ala, or just chapter meetings are great memories as well !

Advice that I would give to someone who is barely joining FFA is to just try. FFA is such an amazing organization so take advantage of all the opportunities that you are given! Put yourself out there as well, you are amazing !!

⭐️ Officer Introductions Day 7 ⭐️

What’s up Madera FFA!! My name is Luis Madera, I’m a junior and this is my third year in FFA. Outside of FFA, I enjoy riding horses, spending time with my family, watching movies, and trying different matcha drinks whenever I get the chance.

One of my favorite FFA memories has to be my first officer retreat, because it was one of the first times I really got to connect with other officers and make memories outside of the normal FFA setting. This year, I’m really looking forward to getting to talk to as many members as I can, meeting new people, and hopefully getting more members involved and excited about FFA.

My advice to anyone who is just joining FFA would be don’t be afraid to put yourself out there. Try new things, go to events, and talk to people because some of the best FFA memories come from the opportunities you never expected to take.
