[Builder Stories Series] A big @shopify fan, @charles_zheng9870 built his drop shipping business by himself.   Inspired, he thought bigger and is now building an agentic platform to help other people run ANY businesses as a solo founder.

Sift is the infrastructure layer for running an entire organization with self-learning agents. Memory layer, recursive self-improvement, orchestration — all of it wired together so a single founder can operate at the scale that used to require a full team.   The key metric: revenue per employee. Sift is designed to push that number as high as it can go.

VC firms are already using it to make sense of scattered institutional knowledge.   Next: startups and small firms that want to run lean without sacrificing output.

AI delivery teams are shipping faster than ever, but once real traffic hits production, finding what’s broken and fixing it is still mostly manual. (If they’re not made with Remy, that is.)

Anna Maria Brunnhofer-Pedemonte co-founded Impact AI, a verification harness for AI delivery teams. It finds the issues in your AI system, detects them, reproduces them, and then works with your coding agent to fix them. It’s built for teams that already have AI in production with traces coming through, mostly at enterprise companies.

Her edge is contextual testing. Anna Maria says Impact AI is the only one doing it for AI systems, and her team has been in this space for a long time.

[Builder Stories Series] David trained as an architect. And early in his career, the most frustrating part wasn’t designing. It was not being able to actually build what he designed.

The gap is between the drawing and the factory.   A design can have all the quality and aesthetics in the world, but turning it into something that can actually be manufactured is where things fall apart. Technology should be what lets creativity through, not block it.

So he built DataB.   File to Factory: you take your design data and turn it into production data with one click. What you design is what gets made.

This was David’s first time in San Francisco, all the way from Austria.

She just launched Salty, a dating app that reveals one’s true character quickly. 
She met her partner in real life. They gave each other challenges — games, and became a couple. Now they’ve built it into an app to help others. 
Swiping and answering questions don’t reveal enough, and results in a curated version of how they WANT to be perceived. 
Games have been used in education, training, and psychology for exactly this reason. You play, you react, you show up as yourself. 
She found her person this way. She’s building it so others can too.

Millions of people die every year from late detection of diseases that could have been prevented.  Carlos is a founder of LiveCT.ai, building whole body scan clinics to catch diseases before they catch us.

LiveCT.ai runs preventative health clinics powered by AI and machine learning — whole body scans that find what’s wrong before symptoms do.   The team brings together clinic operators, ML engineers, and AI implementation experience from working directly with healthcare providers.

Their goal is to bring this to the entire world.
 Carlos is building this to continue his family legacy.

Chinmoy Saha and Jeff Pickles are building a system that prevents the next utility fire.

In 2017, a utility-ignited fire nearly killed Jeff’s family. Their house burned down.

When they looked at what they were building for utilities at the time — satellites, drones, lidar — they saw a huge flaw.

All the data was periodic. You can’t catch a fire that starts between inspections.

Chinmoy’s response was to build continuous, real-time monitoring. Straight on the utility poles.

Green Grid is now an AIoT platform for infrastructure inspection and maintenance automation. 30 patents and more are on the way. They’ve been operating commercially for years and demand for their products is now growing rapidly.
