i originally planned for this recap to be completely different, but the more i tried to take myself seriously, the worse it came out. to be frank, 2025 was the most unserious year of my life ! so here is my silly, low-effort recap. i hope it suffices.
this year brought me low lows, but on the other side of that were some of the most joyful moments i’ve ever experienced. i got to premiere the pilot we’d been working on for months. i directed some stuff, turned 20, dyed my hair a million different colors, made friends, did a show, and finally FINALLY got my license. whether i struggled to get there or not, this was the year that i made things happen. that’s something i’m really proud of.
whether you’re joining me at the beginning of this year, or if you’ve been here for a good chunk of my life, thank you for being around. you make me want to keep making silly things !! you make me want to keep dyeing my hair til it fries !! i’m so grateful you chose to keep yourself in my presence !! i hope you stick around forever.
happy new year, guys. maybe 2026 is the year i finally rebrand to mads. i guess we’ll see what the future brings. by @madiaragonn

i promise i’m not gonna do a crazy sappy post after every episode we shoot but this one is mandatory !! today marks my last day directing sigma mu (for potentially a year or so) !!
i’m so incredibly honored to have been a part of these last two episodes and work alongside some super talented people. i’m especially looking forward to passing the torch to some super talented directors as well. i’ll still be around as co-showrunner with jaxson, and as an actor (LMAOOOO) but for now, i’m stepping down and letting the show be a more collaborative process, just like we’ve always intended. thank you again for your support! keep an eye out for bonus content, donate to the indiegogo, stream ep 1 on youtube and i’ll see you for eps 2 & 3 coming summer 2025 !!! by @madiaragonn
