Strong is beautiful. 🤍
Your measurements are not a measurement of your worth. You don’t have to earn your food, shrink yourself, or chase a number to be enough.

Eat the meal. Lift the weight. Fuel your body. Take up space.

Choose strength over shrinking, confidence over comparison, and health over perfection—every single time. Your body deserves nourishment, your mind deserves peace, and you deserve to be here, exactly as you are. 🩷 taken in College Station, Texas by @madigracemack

18-year-old me would never believe where I am today. She would be so proud!

Two years ago, I was sitting at the front desk studying for my Personal Trainer Certification exam. I’ll never forget the feeling of failing the first time, and working even harder to pass the second time.

Now here we are—two years later.

Coaching has given me so much more than I ever could have imagined. It has challenged me, grown me, and reminded me every single day why I fell in love with fitness in the first place. Getting to do what I love every day is something I will never take for granted.

Looking back, I’m so thankful for the people who saw something in me before I saw it in myself. Thank you to the coach who encouraged me to pursue what I loved in high school, and to the coaches in Memphis who continued to push me, challenge me, and believe in me. I wouldn’t be where I am today without you.

If there’s one thing these last two years have taught me, it’s that God can do more with your life than you could ever imagine for yourself. The things I once prayed for are now my everyday reality.

Two years down, almost a degree in hand, and so much gratitude in my heart.

I can’t wait to keep doing what I love, helping others become stronger, and seeing where this journey takes me next. 🤍 by @madigracemack

While being skinny is trending again, let this be your reminder that strong is beautiful too.

Having muscles doesn’t make you any less of a woman. Taking up space doesn’t make you less feminine. Chasing strength instead of shrinking yourself isn’t something you should apologize for.

For so long, women have been told to be smaller, quieter, and take up less room. But there is something so powerful about setting goals, lifting heavy, fueling your body, and seeing what you’re capable of.

The gym is a daily reminder that if I made it through what I once thought would be the hardest day of my life, I can make it through anything. Every workout reminds me how far I’ve come, not just physically, but mentally too. The weights don’t just build muscle—they remind me of the strength I’ve had inside me all along.

So if you’re working toward building muscle, eating more to support your goals, or choosing strength over being the smallest version of yourself, keep going.

Strong is beautiful. Strong is healthy. Strong is capable.

And for the girls who are afraid to pick up heavier weights because they’re scared of getting “bulky”—I promise it doesn’t happen overnight. Building muscle takes years of consistency, hard work, and intention. Lifting heavy won’t make you less feminine. It won’t make you less beautiful. If anything, it teaches you just how strong you really are.

No trend will ever convince me that being smaller is better than being stronger. 🤍 taken in Lions Den Gym - College Station by @madigracemack
