So happy to share my new original songs with the world ❤️

As I've been learning more about the waters in the past years, diving deep into the deep spiritual wisdom they carry, songs about the water like this one are a form of transmission... as we sing, we feel, we emote, we remember, we RECODE the waters...

Remember, the waters are alive. They are living waters.

And clean and structured waters (like the ones in nature, rivers, natural springs, seas, etc) have the power to return us to Everything ❤️ and by returning, may we remember our Oneness.

Land of the THUNDER DRAGON 🐉⚡️✨

Thank you for the sacred adventure, I feel reminded that we are all pilgrims on our journey home, and that every piece of our reality can be made sacred in that remembrance ✨

The land of both infinite compassion, and sovereignty amidst the presence of giants around her… Bhutan felt like an ancient grandmother or grandfather, an old guardian of ancient secrets, a land where the pressure of modernity has not yet made its way through. Where the people are still in flow with their inner dimensions, nature and each other.

Where animals are respected, and the rivers are protected.

I’m so excited to gather some little treasures from our journey to share with you and perhaps inspire your next journey! 🌄

From meeting the King and Queen of Bhutan personally, to experiencing deep healing in a traditional artemisia bath, and discovering the beautiful sacred art of these lands … Bhutan has been generous! 🥇🌄

There are things you cannot be taught.

Things you can only remember. ✨

A voice.
A knowing.
A part of yourself that existed long before the world told you who to be.

Maybe this is what reclaiming really is.

Not becoming someone new, but returning to the parts of you that were always there.

The more I remember, the more I reclaim.

Some songs feel less like something you perform and more like something you remember. 🌿

Dodona was an ancient sanctuary where the sacred oak was believed to speak through the movement of its leaves and the whisper of the wind.

And maybe she is still speaking.

Maybe the ancient woman never disappeared.
Maybe she is still waiting to be heard.

Oh Dodona,
mother of the listening heart. 🤍

I feel a deep calling to bring more of this music, these ancient stories, and these transmissions into the world.

Here’s where you’ll find your soulmate. 🤍

First, know your soul. Then go where your people are.

If you know what matters to you, what you value, and the kind of life you want to create, you can start putting yourself in spaces that reflect that.

Go to the yoga class.
The sound healing.
The conscious music event.
The gathering that speaks to something inside you. ✨

You might not meet your partner right away. You might meet someone who introduces you to someone else. You might simply find a new community.

But the more you know yourself, the more naturally you can move towards the people and places that are aligned with you.

There is so much separation in the world.

So much violence.
So much disconnection.
So much division.

But before we point our fingers outward, there is another question worth asking:

Where does separation live inside of me?
Where does violence live inside of me?
Where am I still choosing disconnection?

Because the world we create is a reflection of the worlds we carry within us. 🌍
