The most extraordinary thing that ever happened to me. Extraordinary that you lived to be 21.5 years. Extraordinary how much pies you ate (4 + my uneaten bowl of cereal) when we accidentally didn’t push in the chairs before school after Thanksgiving one year. Extraordinary how I used to strap my Barbie dolls on your harness as if you were a horse riding them off into the sunset and you just let me. Extraordinary how you would run to my room everytime you were in trouble, and I would take you to mine each time I was. Extraordinary how you managed to be the subject of all my conversations. I never knew what I would say when I posted this but there’s not much because everyone who I have ever met knows about you. You were the only topic I truly loved talking about in life; from Saint Paul’s, to anatomy class at Concordia, and everyone I could have possible met at Purdue knew about you. You are my heart, my love, my angel. I don’t remember my life before this dog he’s been with me from 4 years old to going on 23 soon. To you he was mean but to me he was the dog who licked my tears, the one that would sit in my lap while I was frustrated, follow me around the house and jump in my lap for our “good morning kisses”, and the one I secretly played hymns for when I was a child because it broke my heart when someone told me dogs won’t go to heaven; and I would’ve been damned if you weren’t coming with me. I will always think of you when it’s the holidays, my favorite memory is opening your stocking with you every year ❤️

I love you shadow salsa brown / tootsie roll(I tried to change his name to this when I was 10) / TT / poopoo / poopdog / tinkybooty. You’re a Pupperoni loving, Purdue graduating, super dog🌟 by @madiisonbrown
