Baby Noyes arriving 12/31/26

This past year looked a little different than we expected. We tried both traditional and Chinese medicine, went through countless tests, procedures, medications, and appointments, and still hadn’t gotten the answer we were hoping for.

When I stepped away from coaching, we decided to pause treatment for a little while so I could settle into a new season of life. We were actually waiting to begin our next cycle when I had a dream that I was pregnant. The next morning I took a test… and it was positive. I guess the stress really was taking a bigger toll than I was ready to admit.

To everyone who prayed for us, checked in on us, shared advice, or simply reminded us we weren’t alone—thank you. We truly believe those prayers carried us through this season, and we will never be able to fully express what your love and support has meant to us.

Mom and Dad already love you more than you’ll ever know, and we can’t wait to meet you this December. 🩵🩷 by @madillew

I am so grateful for the opportunity that coaching at Northwest has been for me. Some of my favorite memories — and some of my favorite people — came from the seasons I spent on the sideline. I will always look back on that time and feel like a “happy cheerleader” inside.

Thank you to the athletes who allowed me to coach them, the parents who trusted me to push them, the mentors who allowed me to learn from them, and the staff and administrators who supported me along the way.

As this chapter closes, I’m looking forward to new hobbies, new teams, and a little more space for this ‘new thing’ called free time (maybe). by @madillew

Last time, best time - for a group of seniors that have given me countless ‘best’ moments over their four years. I couldn’t be more proud of our team, and the performance we put on the floor. They lived up to the #NWWay in EVERY way- even almost forgetting the megaphones at the school 😵‍💫…

We love you all! You ALL made that routine magical, and though there were PLENTY of changes leading up to Saturday - I wouldn’t update a single 8-count of your final performance. It was fantastic and everything we asked you to do! Thank you for your commitment to the process, and for being Happy Cheerleaders after a long couple weeks of competition. I hope you agree that it was worth it!! 💜🖤🤍 I wouldn’t want any other team to call me their ‘Coach Llew’!

Madi and Natalie, getting to coach along side the both of you has been one of the coolest experiences of my 10 years at Northwest. I enjoyed getting to watch you grow into young women- and getting to build a friendship with you both as adults has been even more fun. Thank you for helping me, supporting me, and doing what you can to keep the madness to a minimum. I know Manon would be proud of our trio! by @madillew

A day made even more special by all of our loved ones that were there to celebrate us. There aren’t enough ‘Thank Yous’ to convey how much we appreciate every single person that helped make our wedding happen and those that were there to bless our marriage.

If happy tears were a form of currency we would be rich! We will relive Saturday in our minds for the rest of our life.

&&& the benefit of dealing with the ‘why don’t you have a middle name?’ question all of my life… I don’t have to drop ‘Llewellyn’, I can just add some ‘Noyes’ to my name.
