I’m just gonna use senior Sunday as an excuse to post this post that I’ve been putting off for a while. It’s hard to say goodbye to something that’s been apart of my life since I was four years old. Softball has given me some of the best memories, and closest friends. Knowing I can’t do anything to pitch one more game as an oktaha tiger breaks my heart. If I ever got the opportunity to pitch 30 inning at the state tournament again for y’all I would do it again in a heartbeat. To my precious teammates who made this journey the best experience I’ve ever had. Thank you for every laugh, every tear, and every shared moment on and off the field. You girls made the hard days easier, and every game something to look forward to. I’ll never forget all the foul poles, the bus rides and even the losses that taught us the most. Ending this chapter as a state champion is a dream I’ve been chasing for as long as I can remember and thank you to everyone who made this possible, my teammates, my coaches, my mom, and most importantly God.
