PART 2: THE DREAM. Starting a business is no easy task. While there were many encouragers along the way, there were just as many pessimists. When I founded my first company, Party Postess, in 2019, I had no idea where planning kids parties would lead, but I knew this was the direction I needed to pursue. PART 3: THE DESIGNS. What inspired my initial love for weddings was design—colors, linens, flowers, ribbon—all make my heart light up. As time has gone on, I realized there is a particular design style that our couples gravitate towards which creates the elevated experiences we produce. Over the years, I have incorporated lots of tiny next level details that bring the quality of our brand to another level. A new brand photoshoot to show off some of the faces beyond just my own that make wedding days possible (and there are even more than pictured)! Over the years, I’ve found that the way I can serve our clients best is by personally leading the design and planning for each couple, then handpicking a team of incredible employees to bring every detail to life on the wedding day. Our team is full of all kinds of skill sets — from French bustling and TikTok hacks for perfectly aligned ceremony chairs, to timeline management, design setup, problem-solving, and somehow always knowing exactly where the missing boutonnière ended up. Everyone has their thing, and that’s exactly why this works. Each wedding gets a team intentionally built around what that day needs, with people who are calm under pressure, genuinely love weddings, and care about the little details just as much as I do.
