Can still taste # 6 😍 🥞 - Using major jet lag as an excuse to eat Pad Thai, with a side of pancakes, eggs, bacon & espresso, at 4:00 PM. 😂 feels like a gray area between late night desert time & breakfast.

Some favorite pics from Chiang Mai ~

The details ~
1️⃣ Wat Chiang Man, my fav - the oldest temple in Chiang Mai - built around 1297. Home to the Crystal Buddha, believed to have the power to bring rain. ☔️
2️⃣ Wat Phra Singh - Royal Temple, built in 1345!!
3️⃣ Cats are believed to sense spirits in Buddhist culture, often seen roaming temple grounds like guardians.
4️⃣ Wat Chedi Luang - The staircases represent the path between the earthly world and the divine.
5️⃣ Buddha Phra Chao Attarot - hands form the ‘meditation mudra,’ symbolizing stillness before enlightenment.
6️⃣ & 7️⃣ Just special moments.
8️⃣ Phra Buddha Sihing - The Temple of the Lion Buddha’ — yet no lions have ever existed in Thailand. 🦁
9️⃣ Phra Chao Attarot - Massive pillars carved from single teak trunks. Geometrically, aligned at perfect degrees.
🔟 Phra Singh Buddha - Every gold stencil on the walls is a meditation aid ~ endless patterns to still the restless mind. 🙏🏼
1️⃣1️⃣ Golden Chedi - was already standing before Columbus set sail…
1️⃣3️⃣ Sai Sin (สายสิญจน์) ~ tied around the wrist by monks in Thailand - blessed by monks to protect you from bad energy.
1️⃣4️⃣ Spiritual heart of Chiang Mai since 1345.
1️⃣5️⃣ Nixie Tube Clock ⏰
1️⃣6️⃣ ~ 1️⃣7️⃣ ~ 1️⃣8️⃣ More 📸
1️⃣9️⃣ The route from Phucket to Chiang Mai.
2️⃣0️⃣ Wildest story…Imagine selecting a window seat (because surrounding seats were open) ~ boarding the plane ~ seeing 3 rows of Buddhist Monks sat, elbow to elbow with you. Coincidence? I think not.

2025 ~

A year of growth, healing, resilience, & deep personal development. I learned the power of slowing down, sitting in solitude, & turning inward. Turning pain into meaning, and using it as fuel. Reprogramming my mind. Becoming intentional with my thoughts. Fighting for what my soul truly wants & having unshakable faith that it’s already on its way.

We often search outward for love & happiness, when everything we need actually starts within. Learning to trust & love myself unconditionally.

This year taught me to celebrate the small moments, to do the things that scare me, and to look for the lesson in every situation. To lead with gratitude, set clear intentions, & curate thoughts that align with who I’m becoming.

I was reminded that nothing is permanent, & everything can change in an instant. Life isn’t something we own…it’s something we experience. In my eyes, our greatest assets are our mind, wisdom, & soul.

Enrich your life with presence, self-awareness, meaningful relationships, learning new things, creativity, passion, & action.

2nd place in Bangkok before hitting the islands mate. Bangkok ✈️ South to Phucket ⛴️ Ko Phi Phi.

With a monsoon on track to smash my destination. Love flirting with extreme weather. #rushinroulette

From Chiang Mai — Pai. A small little town. Learned how to ride a moped…and biked to areas that locals specifically said not to. (monsoon season, mudslides, etc etc). & especially not after sundown. Long story short, I biked the very windy, steep & super sketch path to the rice fields & of course stayed well past sundown. & never been more scared in my life on the way back. 😂

Small moments that feel big ~

🖤 a storm that makes you feel small in the best way
🖤 reading 4 words, that add fuel to your inner fire - “Make Me Fucking Care”
🖤 a post rain sunset, & being grateful for every detail
🖤 looking in the mirror, and feeling proud of who you are & who you’re becoming
🖤 silence, writing, getting to know yourself & getting closer to God
🖤 the “wow, this is really happening” feeling of being excited & scared at the same time
🖤 opening a letter in the mail, from a friend who lives 20 mins away
🖤 unprovoked karaoke sesh, & enjoying your own presence
🖤 goosebumps from a snap reminder ~ nothing is a coincidence
🖤 closing your eyes, and finding a solution
🖤 being sure of yourself, your mission / what you are building - & trusting the unknown
