Day 2
Today’s Why: Why do you let a single bad day dictate your future direction?
Scripture: Lamentations 3:22-23 - “His compassions fail not. They are new every morning.”
The Word: Yesterday’s mess doesn’t get a vote on today’s mercy. #faithandfitness #motivation #challenge #stairmaster #day2 by @madisonmyer_s

Rehydration: Replaces fluids lost overnight, which helps kickstart your morning energy levels and physical functions.

• Digestion Support: Warm liquids help relax the gastrointestinal tract, and the fluid encourages regular bowel movements to prevent morning constipation.

• Vitamin C Boost: Squeezing half a lemon into your water provides roughly 15% to 20% of your daily vitamin C needs, supporting skin health, collagen synthesis, and immune defense. #hydratation #healing #healthy #weightloss #selfcare by @madisonmyer_s

In this end-of-day recap I’m sharing how my first day went — my StairMaster climb, my 16:8 fast, breaking my fast with a high-protein meal, and the grocery list that’s keeping me on track.
Progress, not perfection. Mindset first, faith always. If you’re climbing with me, drop a comment and let me know how your Day 1 went — I’ll definitely be reading them!
