If you’re looking to move to Arizona, buy or sell in the Phoenix area… hi, I’m Madison 🤍

I’m a Phoenix real estate advisor + local guide, and my path into real estate was definitely not linear.

I left my pre-med path and entered the world of property management before making the leap into real estate.

And yes… I failed the state exam 7 times before I passed. 😂

But if there’s one thing I’ve learned about myself, it’s that I don’t give up easily.

I eventually went out on my own, and one of my first solo deals was with an international client. (Yes, I even cried in my car because no one tells you how hard it is to build a business from scratch in real estate.)

From there, helping people relocate to Arizona from all over the world became a huge part of my business.

And honestly? This is why I LOVE what I do.

I’m not here to “sell” you a house just to make a sale. I’m here to listen, have real conversations, understand what you actually need, and connect you with a home that makes sense for your life.

My resilience, discipline, and determination are some of my biggest strengths and when I say I’ll get the job done, I mean it. 🤍

As my business has grown, so has my expertise. I’m continuing to deepen my knowledge of Arizona and serve my clients at an even higher level.

So if you’re thinking about making a move to the Phoenix area, I’d love to be your resource.

I’ve called Arizona home for 17+ years, and there’s nothing I love more than helping people find their place here. 🌵

Let’s connect.
Whether you’re moving across town or across the world, I’m here to help.

One thing I absolutely love about Arizona is how deeply rooted Western culture is in our state. 🤠

Bull riding is such an incredible sport, and the athletes who compete put SO much hard work, dedication, and courage into what they do. It takes a special kind of grit to step into that arena, and I have so much respect for the athletes who make this sport what it is!

We’re lucky enough to have the @arizonaridgeriders right here in our own backyard, bringing the excitement of professional bull riding to Arizona.

It’s just one of the many things that makes this state so unique. From rodeos to ranch life, Arizona has a Western spirit that you don’t find just anywhere, and it’s something I absolutely love about calling this place home. 🙌

One thing I’ve learned to love about myself in this industry is being unapologetically me. 😂

Real estate can feel pretty buttoned up and cookie cutter, and early on, I wondered if being different would be accepted.

But I’m alternative. I love country, heavy metal, rock, and hardcore. I’m multidimensional, heavily tattooed and I refuse to put myself in a box.

And honestly? I think that’s what makes this career so special.

My clients reflect that, too. They’re people I’ve built genuine, trusting relationships with because they know they can show up as themselves with me.

So here’s to being non-traditional, taking up space, and not changing who you are to fit into an industry. 🤘🏻

My favorite moments in Phoenix real estate this past week 👇

There are certain moments in this business that always bring me back to why I got into real estate in the first place.

My background is in psychology, and at the core, I’ve always wanted to help people. So getting to tell a seller their home is officially sold, or handing the keys to a first-time homebuyer, never gets old.

Those are the moments that remind me exactly why I do this.

Being a Phoenix local for 17+ years and knowing this area like the back of my hand has been such a benefit throughout my career. But more than anything, I genuinely enjoy helping people move into the next chapter of their lives.

Whether that means finding the right neighborhood, navigating a first purchase, selling a longtime home, or making a move to Arizona, I love being the person who gets to help make that process feel a little easier.

And I think that genuinely caring about the people I work with makes all the difference.

Whenever you’re ready to start, I’d love to be the one who gets to do this with you.

I’m Madison, a Phoenix local and real estate advisor here to be a resource for you. DM me anytime. 🙌 taken in Arizona, USA by @madisonroamswest

Your favorite Arizona realtors on their days off 🤘🏼

Yes, we talk real estate.
Yes, we love Arizona.
And yes… we also really, really love heavy metal concerts.

There’s this weird idea that realtors are supposed to be “on” 24/7, but we’re human too 😂

When we’re not showing houses, writing offers, or talking about the market, you can probably find us somewhere near a pit, screaming along to our favorite bands.

We like nice houses AND heavy music. 👀

The desert comes alive in October. 🌵☀️

Phoenix really has some of the best weather from October through April, and this is when you’ll see Arizona come alive again.

The temperatures finally cool down, you can actually spend your days outside, and we’ve officially survived another summer of 110°+ heat. 😂

Fall through spring is easily my favorite time of year in Arizona. You get cooler mornings, patio weather, hiking weather, events, rodeos, outdoor dinners and all the things that are basically impossible to enjoy during the peak of summer.

And the best part? We don’t get snow in the Valley, so you’re not trading the heat for freezing temperatures.

Although… ask any local and they’ll tell you that anything under 80° suddenly requires a jacket. 😂 Our blood gets THIN after living through Arizona summers.

If you’ve never experienced the desert in the cooler months, this is your sign to come see what Arizona is actually like from October through spring!

I see so many people waiting for the “perfect” time to buy a home in Phoenix.

Waiting for the perfect market.
The perfect interest rate.
The perfect house.
The perfect conditions.

But here’s the truth (and even I learned this when buying my own home): there is no perfect timing and there is no perfect home.

There will always be give and take. There will be things that check every box and things that don’t. The key is getting really clear on your non-negotiables versus the things you simply want.

I did the same thing when I bought my home. I kept waiting for everything to line up perfectly until I realized that wasn’t going to happen. What mattered more was finding the right foundation and a home that checked the boxes that actually mattered to me.

The same goes for selling. There may never be “perfect” market conditions. Sometimes it’s about understanding the market you’re in and making the best strategic decision for your specific goals.

So if you’ve been waiting for everything to be perfect before making a move… maybe it’s time to change the perspective.

And if you need help figuring out what actually makes sense for you? That’s what I’m here for. 🤎
