Thank you all again! I’m feeling incredibly grateful 🤓❤️‍🔥

I was fortunate to spend my birthday this year at the beautiful Castle Ashby in Northamptonshire England, attending the East Meets West wellness retreat at The Falcon sponsored by my divinely wonderful friend Natasha Silverbell✨🙏🤍 (ily) and her incredible team.
Several days filled with meditation, yoga, sound baths, meaningful conversations, laughter, new friendships, and reflection in a truly magical setting and we even got in an Organ Recital in the old Castle Chapel which had me flabbergasted at several invariable moments, asking myself - how the heck have I managed to arrive at such a wonderful place? It’s not every day that I get the privilege to spend a week with such special tender souls in one place and lovely Lord and Lady of Northampton Mr “Spenny” and Tracy. Thank you again and looking forward to next time! ❤️‍🔥🤟👁️✨

“There was a time I avoided the photographs.
The memories felt too sharp. Too heavy. Too final.

But grief has taught me something strange…

Love does not disappear simply because someone is gone.

So now I let myself look.
At all of it.
The beauty. The ache. The bittersweet pieces too.

Because maybe healing isn’t forgetting.
Maybe it’s learning to hold both love and pain in the same hand.
