I went to a restaurant that had pothos trailing all over the walls and ceiling and it was amazing. So of course, I needed to see how this rhinestone beauty would look pinned up and hanging.

Bad news. I love it. But it can't stay here. Indoors only for this fake plant.

Good news? I've made my vine so that I can bend and mold it into any shape or direction I want so no matter where it ends up, each leaf will be posed into the perfect spot.

Have you started your bedazzled plant yet?

If you're new here, check out my highlights to find what supplies I use and a tutorial on how to make your vines poseable!

Saw the viral @daisebeauty blind ball and immediately wanted one despite being 30 years out of the target demographic.

Lucky for me, my brain will let me buy things as long as I can come up with enough practical uses to classify it as a responsible financial decision.

As a kid in an adult body --
Tiger Balm
Painkillers
Emergency Moisturizer

all felt appropriate.
Am I missing anything that can be added as a charm?

I have made more friends because of plants than any other place or hobby.

@foliagefeelings gifted me a piece of her staghorn fern and I've been able to keep it alive (shocking). I sent her a picture of this little leaf poking out the bottom, and she offered to come check it out for me.

A little trim, some extra moss, and a rewire and she's looking so good!

Anastasia, thank you for sharing your knowledge with me and showing me how to keep my fern happy but more than that, thank you for being a friend 🫶 by @madpotters

But before I spend an unreasonable amount of time and money filming this properly, would you actually pay to download a full video tutorial?

Or would you rather have a written tutorial with photos? by @madpotters

Pokemon Gem Pack 2 (aka the best of all the gem packs)

Now I know this is predominantly a plant/plant adjacent page but let's be honest for a second.

Collectors collect. Period.

So if you're a plant lover who also loves shiny cardboard, comment with your favorite pocket monster 😈

This plant is so hard to capture on camera, but the light through a doorway hit it for about 2 minutes as the sun was setting, and it was perfect!

Hubs closed the door right as I hit record, but the way some of the leaves still sparkle is not an edit.

Luckily, I seem to be adding leaves and vines at roughly the same pace as real plant growth, so I've got time to figure out videography 😂 by @madpotters

The 9/11 Memorial Hike on Monserate Mountain is a tribute to the first responders and fallen heroes.

Along the trail, markers represent every 10 flights of stairs inside the towers. While the elevation gain is the same -- ~1500 ft -- Monserate does it over 2 miles, while 110 flights of stairs would be less than half a mile.

You can hear my breathing getting increasingly louder the higher I get, and that's in shorts and a sports bra, carrying only water. Imagine being in full gear, with 60+ pounds on your back?

We will never be able to fully grasp what it felt like to run into the towers that morning, but memorials like this help bring a tiny bit of perspective.

Thank you to the Fallbrook Land Conservancy, the sponsors and donors who make this possible, and the volunteers who put in the work to keep the trail beautiful.

If you visit, please be respectful of Mother Nature and the fact that this is a Memorial hike. Leave no trace, share the trail, and please keep your speakers at home. Unless they are earbud-sized and fit directly in your ear. Oh, and do consider leaving a donation because unfortunately, this is what is needed in order to keep places like this.

In remembrance of those we lost. 🤍

Ok I'm probably gonna regret posting this too early bc I just cannot catch a video that does this bitch any justice, but I'm so so so happy with how she's turning out that I can't keep it to myself.

The more leaves I added, the floppier it got and I was so mad thinking that my hard work would be hidden.

I have to give a huge shout out to @creativelyclinical for the best ideas and for not blocking me when I DM her with troubleshooting and complaining 😂😍

I know so many of you are probably a few hours into your bedazzled plants so I put together a little tutorial to get yours to be "moldable" and full of movement instead of sad and floppy.

Comment LINK (all caps) to receive the link to supplies I use *and* a downloadable tutorial.

It's five doll hairs.

(And no, I'm not planning on becoming a super influencer selling clicks but if I do end up making enough to cover the time I put in, I'll choose someone who purchased to gift them my finished piece. That's a lot of five doll hair downloads though. Support an artist)

So...should I keep adding more vines? by @madpotters
