Taking today to clear my channel for the Aquarius new moon eclipse tomorrow✨🦋🌚

This eclipse is happening in my 7th house of partnership. Taking extra time to give gratitude to all the amazing partnerships I have in my life. The relationships that hold and support me. Excited to see how this eclipse refreshes my relationship and brings deeper connection into my life.

I hope everyone sets some intentions with this eclipse. It’s a powerful time for new beginnings and my advice: surrender to the change that flows in and let the fake dissolve so real true abundance can come into your orbit. Also, build community. Community is a pillar of Aquarius energy and now more than ever we NEED strong community.

Knowing this information about my body has truly changed my life for the better. I understand and am connected to my body in a way I wasn’t before. It’s insane to be we aren’t taught this information as young girls.

Living my life in harmony with each phase of your cycle has brought me so much alignment, happiness, self compassion, and better health into my world. I want all women to understand how their body functions so they can also live a life of integration with the body.

Women are so disconnected from their bodies these days . Young girls are put on birth control and don’t even bleed monthly. We are taught to take these hormones that disrupt the natural rhythms of our bodies. So many harsh chemicals in most female beauty products. We are taught to hate our periods and have this misconception we can get pregnant at anytime (NOT TRUE ONLY WHEN FERTILE)

Bleeding is actually a beautiful sacred part of being a woman. And they aren’t supposed to be insanely painful ( the more I sync my life to my cycle the less painful my periods have become) I encourage women the next time you bleed to welcome in the gift. Our blood is literally the energy that gives LIFE! Honor and love that release.
