late post bc we been celebrating all month ✈️🎂

No one warns you about the jump from 5 to 6. I’m no longer just writing a caption about my baby, i’m writing to her now. 😭

Happiest birthday to my sweet Stella girl. I could go on for days about how intelligent, empathetic, funny, kind, creative, adventurous, and so incredibly smart you are.

I wish we could stay forever in this sweet, innocent age, singing and dancing to hannah montana together, watching you collect glitter gel pens and locks with gems to write in your little diaries. You’re excelling through your first year of kindergarten, earning all kinds of awards, reading far beyond your grade level, and loving learning 2 languages. You finish chapter books on your own, ask big questions, love going to church every week with your Gigi and Grandpa, but most importantly, notice the good in everything around you.

You are the coolest little person to be around. You’re full of confidence, personality, and sick dance moves. You’re swimming on your own, upgrading to big kid scooters, riding your big kid bike to school, and jumping into every big wave you can. You make friends everywhere you go, even with kids who don’t speak the same language as you. You’re outgoing, welcoming, thoughtful.

Sosa and Scarlett are so lucky to have you as the best big sister. You help without being asked, protect them, teach them, make them laugh, and love them so hard. Being your mama is the greatest privilege.
