These things are never easy to talk about but I know there are definitely people who can relate & might find peace in knowing they aren’t alone. I literally hate saying the word out loud “layoff” just makes me shiver LOL. It is associated with such negativity, and although we have FELT our emotions deeply & processed them offline, we both have faith in this being a stepping stone to a new chapter on all fronts.

I don’t deal with change well, and here we are experiencing A LOT of it. But there’s so much to be grateful for, and i’m excited to take you guys in the journey!

I’m gunna be honest today sucked 🫪🫪 I had a four hour meeting & got home irritable and tired but I am trying to reframe my mind and be grateful for the things I have control over! Tonight Matt cooked a wonderful meal, our cats are happy and healthy, and tomorrow I get to work from home.

Not every single day is a good one, especially when work can feel all consuming lately… 😵‍💫 But having this space to bring some humor and light hearted moments to an otherwise really stupid day always makes me feel a bit better.

Also remember when I asked how long you thought it takes to edit a video… well this took 3.5 hours 😌😌😌 mainly because it’s 70 minutes of footage I have to cut to less than 90 seconds but it’s fun !! I just think BTS like that is interesting. I get overwhelmed at first but then once it comes together i’m like okurrr 😛

After 3 years we finally get a solo trip and I am so excited! We have spent the last few years traveling for friends, family, and weddings and decided we needed to make some time for us.

We are heading to Ogunquit Maine & I will be sharing bits and pieces but likely a full debrief over on substack with our recs and must go spots!

Trips like these are really only possible because of the little community I have created online & I am feeling extra grateful today! 🤍

Another day living my life to the fullest and not doom scrolling 😌 not afraid to admit my phone is literally my worst enemy when I have a long to do list. Also NOT spons (I wish) my life has just been changed from my brick!!
