I am very open with my sobriety and previous drug use with my children. With that being said, my son handed this to me and said, “here dad I made you a shied to be safe from drugs for the rest of your life”. I love you kid, dad will be keeping this forever. Also I promise to be safe from drugs buggy🫶🏼 by @madvadge

I just have to post this because I’m so damn proud of myself. 5 months and 10 days ago I was drinking heavily and was at my highest weight of 235. Today I haven’t drank in 5 months and 10 days and I’m eating healthier than ever, I’m 190 pounds. I never felt overweight, but now that I have lost that weight I can see how unhealthy I was. I used to feel like crap all the time and never had energy to do anything, now I have the energy of a four year old (with the joints of an 80 year old) and I feel amazing. I’ve always suffered from severe stomach issues and those are almost non-existent now. I look forward to continuing my health journey and sobriety (almost 6 years clean from heroin) and if anyone has any tips for the gym I would greatly appreciate that. I’m new to it and looking for any advice! by @madvadge
