To Grandfather,

There’s too many things I want to say and not nearly enough words to describe what you mean to me. They always made jokes that from the day I was born the sun rose and set with me for you, but I hope you knew I felt the exact same way. You were the most larger-than-life person I ever knew, you are who taught me it’s okay to be as loud and myself as I want to be because no matter what you would love me endlessly. You raised me to not only be unapologetically myself but to love who I am and what I have to offer the world. Always my number one supporter who would find a way to stop the world from spinning on its axis if I asked you to. You are why I am who I am today and I hope to spend the rest of my life living to make you proud. I love you more than anything, and I’ll miss you every day until I get to see you again.

All my love,
Ava
