Thank you Best of the East Bay! Winning “Best Career/Life Coach” these past three years is an HONOR. (Perfect timing! I’ve just opened up my offerings for Executive and Career Coaching as well as Business.)

And ALSO.

As a recovering self-eraser/ people pleaser, staying focused on my own joy and validation in my work is paramount.

I’ve always been a little scared of the label CODEPENDENT but it’s time I made friends with it so I can be free to fully enjoy receiving the validation that does come my way. It’s a tricky little bugger but that’s part of the Course I’ve been enrolled in this year.

I write about this in today’s Substack (yes I’ve got one too!) so please check it out and subscribe if you want more backstory on these necessarily quippy posts.👇

Look, we did it!

The land, the hands who built the structure, the ancestors and angel guides orchestrating the how-ever-did-this-happen of Mae developing her own property for transforming her community.

And it’s still happening, the becoming, as we all are. I’ve never needed as much help as I do now, and friends and strangers are teaching me how to receive, trusting it is truly their pleasure to be of service. No strings, no judgments.

That is the real miracle now.

Thanks for joining me on this journey of developing this piece of real estate, destined to offer the only medicine that will save us from the dismay and disorientation of our time: authentic in-person connection. So we can build the new world we dream of.

Grateful. I did not get here alone. I am surrounded by support, truly cheering for me. The land, the guides, the living beings, the humans with every skill and talent woven together just right.

I’m looking for the Helpers who will bring the property to its next stage of fulfillment.

Let me know if you have a dream that fits with this one in the comments👇 or a DM 📣 taken in Millsmont, Oakland, California by @maechan510

Anyone else had a couple of years feeling like reality turned upside down? Wonder what the Universe meant for you to learn. I know it was a gift hidden behind a curtain. My favorite way to snap out of trying to control everything is to Lololololol 🤪, sing, and dance.

Let’s solve that complex puzzle of economic survival in 2026 without losing your soul. You can make money AND have fulfilling work. You don’t have to choose.

We do this in three steps:

1) Discern vision /purpose from your life’s story
2) Design strategy for your exact circumstance
3) Launch and refine strategy in real time

I’ve spent decades building my just-right career and I’m excited to share exactly how I’ve helped dozens of clients do it too.

And NO it’s never all butterflies and rainbows, so I’ll share lessons learned along the way so you don’t have to make the same mistakes.

If you want to build a business + career portfolio you’re excited about every day, because it aligns with your fullest vision for your life and purpose, FOLLOW ALONG for stories of people in the journey with you.

🎤: RIP Bonnie Tyler, We are all our own hero in this action movie of a lifetime.

Because collective healing will happen in community ✨

I’ve been building my in-person business wisdom since welcoming thousands of people to my Temescal neighborhood children’s store Ruby’s Garden over 13 years.

Now I’ve built a place for visionaries to hold transformational events to build and serve their communities and grow their business impact.

And for a limited time you can add-on business coaching with me to optimize your events to make the impact you dream of.
