I walked into yesterday’s seminar with a script… and walked out realizing I never needed it. 😂

Because when you truly know your stuff, you don’t have to read from a page.

Yesterday was my first time speaking in front of a room since college — and I absolutely loved it. 🥹🏡 My team and the future homebuyers in the room confirmed that I did pretty well, too. 😌

My mom and I barely touched the script because we know this stuff. We eat, sleep, and breathe real estate, and once we got in front of the room, it just flowed.

And that’s exactly why who you choose to represent you matters.

Buying a home is one of the biggest financial investments most people will make. You deserve an agent who knows the process, knows how to advocate for you, and has a trusted network of industry professionals behind them.

Yesterday was about more than buying a house. It was about education, preparation, and making sure future homeowners have the right people in their corner. 🤎

FULL CIRCLE MOMENT✨💫

For all the times I had to bring my daughter to work with me when I worked at Grady Hospital. For all the uncertainty I faced as a single parent. For all the times I wondered if I was doing enough…

Here we are ♥️

BIG congratulations to my daughter and me for going UNDER CONTRACT on our personal home🥳🥳🥳

And what makes this one extra special is that I’m representing the seller and she’s representing the buyer.

My daughter went from coming to work with me because I didn’t have a choice, to sitting across the table from me as an Associate Broker / REALTOR® handling her own side of a real estate transaction.

That’s full circle.

Outside of rentals, this is our first transaction working together, and I’m just grateful I get to experience this moment with her.

I know where we started. I know what it took to get here.

And looking at where we are now…

It was all worth it…just keep living ♥️
