🇫🇷🌊 END OF THE AFF STOP IN CALAIS A great event in Calais comes to an end with some really nice conditions! Wind, swell and lots of fun on the water 🤙 I’m leaving with two 2️⃣nd places, in both fin and foil 🥈🥈 A little trip up North that ends on a really good note 😎 Now it’s time to head back home for some rest before getting back to work and preparing as well as possible for the end of the season 💪 🇫🇷🌊 FIN DE L’ÉTAPE AFF À CALAIS Une super étape à Calais qui se termine avec de très belles conditions ! 🌊⚡ DAY 2 AT THE AFF A busy morning on the foil with 7 races on the water! Some really good battles with the girls all morning 🔥 We still had a bit of swell to spice things up and make every race a little more challenging. A beautiful morning of racing, lots of close fights and a lot of fun on the foil 🤙 Now time to recover and get ready for the next one! Une belle matinée sur le foil avec pas moins de 7 manches au programme ! De belles batailles avec les filles sur l’eau 🔥💨 et toujours un peu de houle pour pimenter les courses et rendre chaque manche un peu plus technique. 🌊🔥 DAY 1 AT THE AFF Yesterday we kicked off the AFF in some pretty full-on conditions! Strong wind, lots of swell and a really messy sea 🌊💨 It was physical and definitely not the easiest conditions to sail in. You had to stay strong on the board, keep the speed and adapt constantly to the waves. A proper first day of racing, with lots to take from it and still plenty to work on for the next days 💪 Hier, première journée de l’AFF dans des conditions bien musclées ! Beaucoup de houle, du vent et une mer bien formée 🌊💨 Des conditions physiques où il fallait vraiment rester solide sur le flotteur et réussir à garder de la vitesse malgré les mouvements de la mer. 🇪🇺🥉 3RD PLACE AT THE IFCA EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIPS! 🇩🇰🔥 What a week! It was an intense championship with battles all week long with the girls 💨💪 Huge congratulations to @jennagibson96 for the European title 👏🏆 And congratulations to @justinelemeteyer for the European vice-champion title 🥈🔥 Also a big bravo to @_femkevanderveen ! We had an intense battle all week, we were tied on points and fighting until the very end. It was really cool to share this battle on the water! 🤝🔥 Very happy to finish 3rd in this European Championship and to take another podium! 🥉 Now back to France 🇫🇷 for the 3rd round of the French Championship in Calais 🇪🇺🥉 3ÈME PLACE AU CHAMPIONNAT D’EUROPE IFCA ! 🇩🇰🔥 Quelle semaine ! Un championnat intense avec des battles toute la semaine avec les filles 💨💪 Un énorme bravo à @jennagibson96 pour son titre de championne d’Europe 👏🏆 Et bravo à @justinelemeteyer pour son titre de vice-championne d’Europe 🥈🔥 Et un gros bravo aussi à @_femkevanderveen ! On a eu une battle intense toute la semaine, on était à égalité de points et on s’est battues jusqu’au bout. 🇩🇰 IFCA European Championships – Day 4 🇩🇰 Early wake-up this morning to be ready for 7am… but the wind quickly disappeared 🌬️😅 No time to get a race completed for us today. At least we got to enjoy a beautiful sunrise 🌅😍 Hopefully tomorrow the wind will show up, as it’s looking good in the forecast 🤞💨 Réveil très tôt ce matin pour être prêts dès 7h… mais le vent est très vite tombé 🌬️😅 Pas le temps de valider une manche pour nous aujourd’hui. 🇩🇰 IFCA European Championships – Day 2 🇩🇰 Not my best day today, with a few mistakes that cost me some points.
