⊹ ࣪ ˖ ꒰ 🥀 ꒱ ˎˊ˗❝ 𝙰𝚌𝚝𝚞𝚊𝚕𝚕𝚢… 𝙸 𝚙𝚛𝚎𝚏𝚎𝚛 𝓜𝓪𝓮𝓵𝓵𝓮. ❞— I would be lying if I’d told you that I’m not trembling as I’m writing this caption considering that many emotions are involved in this project and they are all intense. First of all, this was my first time bringing Maelle to a con in which I also decided to participate in the best parade ever made, all Expedition 33 themed. Lucca comics has always been a special convention for me but this year it was absolutely breathtaking. And if all the memorable memories created with such nice and funny people weren’t enough, I also managed to shoot with @rifeels who was very kind and patient with me— I couldn’t help but be honoured for this collaboration we did, and thank to him we were able to create the best shots I could have ever asked for in order to pay an homage to my favourite videogame.Clair Obscur Expedition 33 means the world to me. This game changed my life for the better and it’s now an intrinsic part of my soul, and of me as a person; that’s why this experience meant a lot to me. It was truly cathartic both as a cosplayer and as a deeply obsessed fan, who couldn’t help but fell in love with what is, without a shade of doubt, a true masterpiece.I love Maelle, both in her flaws and values; she is a lost soul that is desperately trying to find her place while life keeps forcing cruel choices on her (quoting eh?) constantly, both in and outside the canvas. ⊹ ࣪ ˖ ꒰ 🥀 ꒱ ˎˊ˗❝ ꒒ꍟ꓄’ꌗ ꌗꉣꀤ꒒꒒ ꌗꂦꂵꍟ ꀤꈤꀘ! ❞Back stronger than ever with my beloved Expedition 33 which I’m not spamming as usual lately so I thought I had to do something about it, and what better way to celebrate it than posting one of the most beautiful pic I was able to shoot as Maelle? All the thanks go to @rifeels whom I’m so glad and happy I could work with!🤍About Expedition 33, I miss it so much that I was thinking about playing it again but I’m currently playing, or should I say struggling with, Kingdom Come Deliverance II— such a marvellous game, without a shade of doubt, but DAMN IS IT MAKING ME INSANE. It’s so freaking difficult, it makes me feel dumb! Everything about it, from the details to the story is super cool and mesmerising, so I don’t want to drop it, but for now I’m struggling… like, a lot. >:|We’ll see how it goes but I must admit I still miss Expedition 33 a lot and just listening to this ost brings me back to when the dlc came out and I was so over the moon!! Also, I spent my last summer only thinking, talking, loving and who knows what else about E33 (it’s not a surprise it has become my favourite game) and since I completed it I can’t help but feel empty. ⊹ ࣪ ˖ ꒰ 🥀 ꒱ ˎˊ˗❝ ᴛᴏᴍᴏʀʀᴏᴡ ᴄᴏᴍᴇꜱ. ❞What better occasion to post this picture if not now that my all time favourite videogame has won game of the year? AAAAH, I’m still trembling with excitement and I am also feeling pure joy for this achievement the Sandfall team has earned, as it is one of the biggest (we know the biggest of all was how they were able to get to our hearts), and even because they absolutely deserved it! I cried every time someone from @sandfallgames got on stage and talking about that, I must say super congratulations to @jenniferjenglish, who is a true inspiration and a precious soul, and without whom we wouldn’t have the Maelle we love and care about so much. Also, congratulations to @lorien_testard for a well deserved victory given to the most breathtaking music that has ever been made!! I will bring these feelings with me forever since I perceive like I’m truly living videogame history here, as if the fact that this game changed my life forever wasn’t already enough! Clea was my first cosplay from the game, a character I couldn’t help but love since she is so present in the story, even if she has little screen time. She is in the canvas, in the conversations of the characters and she is a living and persisting memory; a woman so strong she keeps all the pressure and the weights of her family only on her shoulders.What better time than this to post on of the most beautiful pics we were able to create during this shooting? 𝕱𝖗𝖎𝖊𝖗𝖊𝖓 ⋆౨ৎ˚⟡˖ ࣪°‧🍃✨🪻⋆.ೃ࿔*:･── .✦ I am back with my Frieren cosplay which I haven’t been posting in a while (I missed it). I am also finally able to post something after some days of inactivity because this latest period has been very busy thanks to university. I only need to pass two exams to be free— I can’t wait to feel that sensation and finally start working on my thesis. That being said I’m spending a super nice summer, full of studying yes but also of wonderful experiences with my friends and family. The latest con, Festa dell’Unicorno, was a blast and I miss it like crazy! `✦ ˑ ִֶ 𓂃⊹ 🏛️🪽🕊️🌹🦢Here I am, back with my beloved and dear Aphrodite to celebrate the fact that today I passed an exam (the third of this June) and that I still need only two to end my summer session (and then in September I’ll have the last one of my uni career… WOW!); so, I will take some rest today, before starting to prepare the next exam, and I’ll also try to cool down a bit since I must admit I am quite overwhelmed lately. Nonetheless, I’m super excited for Festa dell’Unicorno, which will be in less then two weeks, even if attending cons in summer is super difficult because of the heat… well, at least I’ll have my friends to face it with, ahah! ٠࣪⭑ ꌗꉓꀤꍟ꒒ ⋆☀︎.⛧°. ⋆༺☾𖤓༻⋆. °⛧ 𖤓 ❝ ᴍᴀꜱᴋꜱ ᴀʀᴇ ɴᴏᴛ ᴊᴜꜱᴛ ᴛᴏ ᴏʙꜱᴄᴜʀᴇ; ᴛʜᴇʏ ᴍᴀʏ ᴀʟꜱᴏ ɪʟʟᴜᴍɪɴᴀᴛᴇ.❞ ☽ᯓ★ I am so excited to finally share a photo of my Sciel cosplay not only because it’s been almost a year since the time I decided she would be a dream cosplay, but also because I’m super proud of how I was able to portray her. Bear with me, there are still many improvements to do, but this photo makes me very emotional. I wanted to portray her deepness and purity in the way she faces her feelings; her true and yet sad nature emerges when dealing with the mask keeper, whom she is able to defeat because she recognises both her light and dark side, recto and verso as he may say. That whole sequence is very dear to me, it makes me shiver just by thinking of it so I had to try, at least, to convey those feelings in these pics. Also, I put one of my favourite songs in the background because it always makes me think of Verso (you don’t say, huh?). Indeed, for me it’s truly meaningful that it was Sciel who was able to deal with the Axon associated with Verso; it gives to their bond another precious layer. ⋆｡𖦹° ⏾ ˚｡⋆I really hope you will like these two photos, now I am going back to my studying h3ll (this exam session is truly sickening me, ngl). Please, we decided to cosplay these two Targaryens, two beautiful brothers with a peak backstory, because of the amazing show hbo decided to give to us all!✨ A knight of the seven kingdoms is a series you MUST see and me and my beloved bestie couldn’t withstand to honor it with our version of the hammer and his anvil.🩷 I hope you’ll appreciate the effort and the love we spread in those two costumes!🥹@maellekiki: STARTING OFF WITH SOME GREAT ANGST FEELINGS, HUH?! AAAAH, I am so happy to have been finally able to cosplay these two wonderful brothers!! A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms totally brought new light to the Game of Thrones universe and I’m profoundly glad we were able to pay a tribute like this in order to show the love we felt for the bond between Baelor and Maekar. The fun part is that we, for once, totally switched characters in terms of personality, but I believe it was meant to be. We can’t help but talk about what we are expecting from it in these days prior the airing of the first episode (or what we are scared of, since season two kinda disappointed us) but especially we can’t help but being excited! At this point I could just stop pointing it out since it seems like I can only cosplay from it (not complaining though, AHAHAH) buuuut it’s funny to highlight how much love I feel for this game, and how much I care for my beloved and underrated Clea! In this period I’ve been very busy with university and keeping up with everything it’s getting harder in harder (also considering that I’ve had many unlucky situations and I seem to be followed by bad luck) but looking at my cosplay projects, future and current, truly gives me a boost of pure and genuine motivation!!😈A special thanks goes to @plop_archive because he was so kind when he reached out to me and I was deeply honoured that he wanted to shoot with me.
