Hi 👋🏻 for my new friends here - here’s a little about me & what to expect in my classes🫶🏻

💪🏻I’ve been obsessed with movement since I was 3. I studied Dance / Movement Science at University of Michigan & been in the fitness industry for 10+ years (& with @pvolve for 7 years!)

💪🏻I hold certifications in pre/post natal, holistic health coaching, hormone health, corrective exercise, & more. I love learning 📚

💪🏻 I have dealt with chronic pain / injuries (hi labral tear) / am hyper mobile —> so I’ve always been super interested in how to work “with” my body so I can keep moving (versus just avoiding certain movement patterns)

💪🏻As a trainer & VP of Programming - one of my main goals is help guide you to better understand how your unique body moves

💪🏻 My teaching style is athletic, educational, but approachable. I welcome all fitness levels to my classes & will always work to meet you where you’re at each day!

🎵 I love a heavy beat. Expect lots of house & EDM remixes in my live classes !

Hope to move with you soon 💪🏻🫶🏻 DM me for info! by @maevemcewen

Ready to start strength training but unsure where to start?

@dani_bcoleman and I got you covered💪🏻

We designed the 4-week Strength Evolved series @pvolve to take the guess work out for you:

3-4 workouts a week.

Mix of Sculpt and Weight Training to build

-muscle mass (supports metabolism, bone density, energy, + longevity)
-mobility (so you move with ease in your body)
-stability (supports your joints, balance, control)

+ full of intentional form cues that break down form and help you get the most out of your workout

In menopause, estrogen begins to wane. That’s our queue.

As estrogen declines, your body will begin to lose strength and power. But, the right weight training and resistance training can help reset the stage.

And training doesn’t have to mean pushing yourself to exhaustion or spending hours in the gym. The right resistance, repeated consistently, can create meaningful change over time.

That’s why the PVOLVE approach combines weights, resistance equipment, mobility, and functional movement: to build strength that translates beyond your workout and into the life you want to keep living.

Because the goal isn’t just to move through menopause. It’s to keep moving well through every stage that comes after it.
