CC PRO PICS - bed&bath🌵

Cactus condo includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 balconies, spanning over 1,100sq ft.

The master has a beautiful king size hand-carved Albaron bed frame with a tempurpedic mattress. The room has high ceilings and incredible natural light, including a skylight in the bathroom. The ensuite has the biggest tub we’ve ever seen, with an adjustable shower head for your convenience. It also includes granite counter tops, double sinks and a separate toilet room. The master has French doors, just steps from the bed out to your own private balcony with a table and seats for two.

The guest bedroom just next door to the master includes a pull down queen size Murphy bed. This space doubles as an office, and has plenty of room even with the bed down. There is a full desk with drawers and storage, great for those working from home during their stay. The guest room would also work great for a workout room or yoga studio, as the bed can fold up leaving plenty of space. The guest room also includes French doors out to its own balcony, and the washer and dryer are in the closet off this balcony. Lastly, the guest bathroom includes double sinks with granite counter tops and a large walk in shower.

CACTUS CONDO PRO PICS🌵

We bought this condo 6 years ago as our first home together. Coincidentally, we signed the papers and closed the day we both graduated college together in North Dakota. After 10 months of saving, we finally made our move and started our life in Henderson. We have loved this space so much since then, and have had the best years of our life here. We are ready for our next chapter, which includes our permanent move to Florida and growing our family. We are excited to offer this space to others to enjoy just as we have the last 6 years.

We listed on air bnb for $2550 per month, and we do have a 30 day minimum, per the requirements of our HOA. This price includes utilities and wifi, and the condo is fully furnished and stocked with everything you will need. Our address is Henderson, but we are just 10 minutes from the airport and 15 from the strip. Our community offers 3 pools, 1 which we have a perfect view of from our living room balcony, and 2 hot tubs. The condo comes with 1 covered parking spot and plenty of extra parking.

The best part of Cactus Condo is that there is THREE BALCONIES, one off each space; the living area, the master bedroom and the guest room.

Here are photos of the main living areas; the entry way into the living room, dining room, kitchen and main balcony (the last photo shows the view!) The natural light, open concept and high ceilings make this space so welcoming, and the furnishings and decor make it feel like home.

PBH PRO PICS - TWILIGHT

Twilight photos were not something we’d done before, but after we did some research & saw other homes on air bnb with these photos, we knew it was a must to give guests an idea of how their evenings would look surrounded by family & friends at Peach Beach House.

They turned out beautiful and I’m so happy we decided to spend the $$ to capture our second passion project in the evening 🖤

PBH PRO PICS - INSIDE 📸

We were lucky we didn’t have to reno much inside and we could focus on the furnishings. Just like at our first air bnb, we wanted to make our second a beachy them. We used many of the same pieces of furniture, including the bed frames, mattresses, side tables, couch, dining table and chairs, all from IKEA. The major difference between peach beach house and avocado beach house is the color scheme. Avocado is teal, peach is, well… PEACH🍑

In total, the house is 2k sq ft and includes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 12 beds. We can sleep 20 PEOPLE🎉

What really sets us apart is our ability to sleep so many in a smaller space, making our price point cheaper for so many groups who are down to bunk together, especially great for groups with kids! There is truly nothing better than getting your friends and family together in a home like this and making memories that will last a lifetime.

🍑MASTER - how incredible is the huge triple slider out to the pool?! Complete with a king size bed, a queen size pull out couch and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a pack n play in the closet for your babies under 2!
🍑LIVING - huge windows for incredible natural light, 70 inch tv, tv stand from ikea
🍑BEDROOM 2 - the only room with a single bed. Queen size, slider out to the pool
🍑BATHROOM 1 - my favorite of all 3. The biggest bathroom, so we had to bring the peach theme in! More pics to come cause my peachy clean bath mat got cut out lol
🍑DINING - obsessed with our ikea table, seating for 9 including the bench
🍑KITCHEN - complete with all major appliances and cooking/dining sets
🍑BEDROOM 3 - the biggest of them all. This room features 2 queens and 4 twins, 2 of which are on the bunk and 2 stored under the bunk. This room can sleep 8 people!
🍑BATHROOM 2 - just off the dining room and close to the slider that leads out to the pool
🍑BEDROOM 4 - 1 queen and 2 twins on a bunk with a cool corner window
🍑BATHROOM 3 - inside of master bedroom

PBH PRO PICS - OUTSIDE 📸

We spared no expense making the backyard a true paradise. Outdoor projects:
🍑replaced cement patio with white marble
🍑added that same marble to the bar countertop, replaced the sink and faucet too
🍑resurfaced the pool and replaced tiles
🍑put up 32ft patio cover with dimmable lights
🍑added 1k sq ft of soft turf
🍑revamped the shower- it was just a shower head before
🍑added plants and mulch to the front and side yards
🍑added a 70 inch tv
🍑poured a cement slab for the bbq area
🍑added seating of all kinds for 20 people
🍑last but certainly not least, had @golden_diosa paint an incredible, tropical mural on the entire back wall.

🍑PEACH BEACH HOUSE🍑

We are so excited to finally announce the theme for our second air bnb! When we chose a name, we knew we wanted to stick with the theme of a fruit and then “beach house,” similar to our first air bnb, Avocado Beach House. ABH was chosen because we have a massive Avocado tree in the yard. While our second house doesn’t have any fruit trees, we chose one of the easiest fruits to grow in South Florida so we can plant one in the near future. Peaches are a fruit we love and can eat all day long. PBH listing should be up on air bnb in the next few days.

AVOCADO BEACH HOUSE🥑

Let’s kick things off by sharing the story of how our first passion project came to life.

Two years ago, we rented a house for @rjisonjupiter’s bday in Havasu, AZ. We paid $2400 for 4 nights for a party house with a pool. We thought to ourselves, “why aren’t we on the other side of this transaction?!”

South Florida was a no brainer for us. It’s where we want to raise our babies, and there is no better tropical tourist destination in the continental US.

We quickly got pre approved with our family realtor/lender, and put in an offer on this house before seeing it in person. When I tell you my husband has the best intuition, just know, this man is has made some ballsy decisions, and it has paid off every single time 😂

We had zero idea what we were doing. There were many tears shed and many sleepless nights not knowing if this house would even pay for itself.

On November 7 of 2021, we listed ABH on air bnb. We decided on the name because the house has an enormous avocado tree in the back yard, and obviously beach vibes only in Florida. The house is 3 miles from the beach and turns out it actually has a mango tree too!

The last year and a half of running ABH has been seriously the best. There hasn’t been a month that’s gone by where the house didn’t cover its expenses. Monthly expenses are around $5,000, and our lowest revenue was $6,500.

There has been many challenges, but it has been beyond worth it to have a place where people bring their loved ones to make life time memories… and where we can do the same ❤️

MEET THE MAGARS 🌴

We are Gabbi and RJ Magar, from Seattle, WA. We are 28 and 31, have been together nearly a decade, and got married last year. Here’s a couple fun facts about us:

1. We met on tinder in 2014 and were inseparable immediately.

2. In 2017, we ended our college careers by graduating from Dickinson State University in North Dakota, where we both played on the basketball teams as well. RJ double majored in HR and Business, and Gabbi in Accounting and Business.

3. We have two kitties that are our babies.

4. We want to start having human babies in the next couple years. RJ wants 2, Gabbi wants 3-4.

5. We own a condo in Vegas, two houses in Florida, and two condos in Santa Marta, Colombia that are in the process of getting built.

6. We currently operate 1 air bnb in Lake Worth Beach called Avocado Beach House. We are setting up house number 2 right now in Deerfield Beach, with hopes to have it live in a couple weeks.

7. A career in network marketing is what boosted our success. Gabbi has been partnered with Monat more than 5 years.

8. In January of 2022, we also started selling residential solar panels. We travel and work in many states, helping people switch to clean energy.

9. We have a mutual love for the sun and tropical living. Florida has our hearts and we plan to continue to invest in the best state in the US.

10. We are both very passionate about creating a life we are in control of, where our income can be created passively.

11. Our dream is to help other people do exactly as we have done. We want to offer an all in one service where we can help investors purchase, renovate, furnish, list, and run their own short term rentals.
