From morning meditation and movement to powerful workshops, waterfront yoga, and so many meaningful conversations - our Wellness Retreat was all about connection, grounding, and filling our cups.

Big love to our incredible leaders @clairebowdren, @magguette, and @linz_cook for guiding us through workouts, workshops, and flows that left us empowered and nourished. And thanks to our lunch sponsor @drkinney - some refueling was needed after a day of movement and connecting!
