Sicilian Clam Cup
"A warm taste of the Mediterranean."
Fresh clams simmered in a fragrant tomato broth with garlic, white wine and extra virgin olive oil, touch of spicy, finished with fresh basil and served with toasted homemade focaccia for dipping. A comforting Sicilian classic in every spoonful. ##calyforever ##chefpetersen #pasadena #clams #zuppetta @caffeitaliaoncolorado @playhousevillage taken in Caffe Italia on Colorado by @magicamente24

Involtini di melanzane or Eggplant rools...
In Sicily, we fight with our brothers and sisters at the table over the last bite; they are the most delicious thing in the world.

"From the heart of Sicily to the heart of Route 66. I created the world's first Matcha Brioche col Tuppo, perfectly paired with our Matcha Sicilian Granita and with our Gelato" "Born in Sicily. Reinvented on Route 66. "Where Sicilian traditio meets Japanese matcha and the California sun and all of that come together, the impossible is born." Special only on @caffeitaliaoncolorado
My Matcha Brioche col Tuppo
*Its green is like my eyes.
Its softness is like my heart.
Its flavor tells the story of every dish I create.
Its shape reflects the pursuit of perfection—not because perfection exists, but because every day I try to get a little closer.
Born from Sicilian tradition, inspired by Japanese matcha, and kissed by the California sun.
A brioche made with passion, imagination, and a little bit of courage to create the impossible.*

Its shape? Just like me... proudly bald!" 😄 hic..hic..

Proprio come me... orgogliosamente calvo!" 😄 hic... hic... @magicamente24 #2026 taken in Los Angeles, California by @magicamente24

I wanted to thank you all for your good wishes and wonderful messages, I love reading you and many of you contribute even without knowing it to keep me happy and motivated for everything that has passed, that is present and that will come, you're my power. The last few years have been truly endless and filled with so many emotions that are difficult to control. I just want to tell you that I promise to celebrate the next birthday at all costs and that I plan to celebrate at least another 100 so prepare yourselves for the impossible.. hahaha..Hahaha.. Hic..hic..
One serious thing I want to say I ask forgiveness if I have done something that has made you feel bad involuntarily, like I do for who make me feel bad. I hope to understand it and fix it, this is what I hope for this year, And I promise I will never change who I am, because I know, I'm not perfect, but I'm not that bad either now I can tell.. by @magicamente24
