5 ingredient cozy fall dinner your kids will LOVE 🍂🥧

This chicken pot pie casserole takes 5 min to prep and is perfect for a busy weeknight dinner. Mine is gluten free, but you can easily swap in whatever biscuits + cream of chicken your family loves!

SAVE this one for a chilly night 🤎

✨ EASY CHICKEN POT PIE CASSEROLE

• 1lb cooked shredded chicken
• 2 cans cream of chicken soup
• 1 bag frozen peas + carrots
• ¾ cup milk
• 1 package frozen biscuits

Optional: poultry seasoning, salt + pepper and a little melted butter for the biscuits!

Mix the chicken, soup, veggies + milk in a casserole dish. Season to taste. Bake at 380° until hot and bubbly, about 25-30 minutes. Bake your biscuits according to the package directions, then pop them right on top!

That’s it. Cozy comfort food without making an actual pie 🙌🍂

Spend the day with me: 9 hours of childcare 🎃🍂 I finished season five of SLOMW, I turned my kitchen into a scene from a Hallmark movie, & knocked out some miscellaneous chores! Oh, and I woke up at 3:30 for the day because Poppy wouldn’t sleep 🤪

I quit my corporate job 5 years ago to be a present mom and focus on fixing my health issues. Since then, I have had 3 babies in under 3 years (a 4yr old and twin 2yr olds). I launched a party business…that party business evolved into a content creation…& I found out I don’t have lupus but I actually have celiac. I have focused on my family and my health and pour into this page as an outlet for creativity. The rest is history 💃✨

Going from making 6 figures to making $0, I have learned a lot about prioritizing what is important in our finances and we are now blessed to be in a position to splurge on some things along the way. I love seeing what people spend their money on so I just thought you might also😅
