Grandkids are one of the many blessings God bestows on us. 🤍

There’s something so special about seeing the world through their eyes, sharing in the little moments, and simply being present together.

My life is fuller, brighter, and better when I’m around these little ones. They are a constant reminder of what matters most, and I’m endlessly grateful for every moment I get with them.

My annual trip to Esalen always seems to deliver exactly what I need, right when I need it.

This year, I arrived with no real intention or plan for how I would spend my time. Then I discovered there was a memoir writing class being offered and decided to sign up.

It turned out to be exactly where I was meant to be.

I found myself surrounded by writers and people willing to look deeply within themselves, uncover the lessons in their experiences, and explore how those lessons might serve others.

There’s something powerful about giving yourself the space to reflect without needing to know exactly what you’re looking for.

Sometimes, the best experiences are the ones you never planned for. 🤍

Another incredible trip to Esalen, and one I’ll carry with me for a long time.

There’s so much I know now that I couldn’t have understood then.

If I could go back and sit with my younger self, I wouldn’t give her a roadmap or tell her how to avoid every mistake. I’d remind her to trust herself, stay curious, and know that every challenge, decision, and season is shaping the woman and leader she’s becoming.

Growth has a way of giving us perspective we could never have had in the moment.

So, I’ll turn the question to you: If you could go back in time, what would you tell your younger self? 💭

A little day in the life from one of my favorite places. 🌲🚲

I spent a beautiful couple of days in the Tahoe Donner recreational area, recharging in one of the ways I love most: getting out in nature, moving my body, and challenging myself to do something that’s energizing, fun, and just the right amount of work.

And it’s even better when I get to experience it alongside one of my favorite people, my colleague and dear friend, Mary.

For me, making time for days like this is part of how I reset, reconnect, and come back energized for everything ahead.

Tahoe Donner is definitely one of my happy places. 🤍

Forgiveness isn’t always something we associate with leadership, but sometimes it’s exactly what allows us to move forward.

Workplace friction, pressure, and conflict have a way of bringing our patterns to the surface. The reactions we hold onto, the stories we tell ourselves, and the resentment we carry can quietly shape how we lead, communicate, and make decisions.

For me, the calling of an executive coach goes deeper than solving the problem in front of us. It’s about creating the space for people to recognize what’s underneath it, release what is no longer serving them, and get true to who they are.

Because sometimes the most powerful form of growth isn’t learning something new. It’s letting go of what’s been holding you back.

Some of my favorite moments are the ones spent enjoying live music with the woman who taught me just how powerful music can be. ❤️

My mom and I had the best time at The Ultimate Elvis Experience at the Des Plaines Theatre, a beautiful venue that’s been bringing people together through entertainment for 100 years.

Dancing, laughing, singing along, and making memories with her reminded me why these moments matter so much.

She’s the woman who taught me that music is my aeroplane, and I’ll never stop being grateful for nights like this.

Here’s to great music, a little dancing, and time spent with the people we love most.
