Sup’?!

June was intense. Fast, hooooot and with a lot going on 🌞

We drove south to Beja for @festival.bd.beja, came back to breathe for a moment in our hometown, Guimarães, at @_oretiro, and ended the month at @feiradalegria in Porto. Somewhere in between these trips, the new book with Rita Torres (@torru_ri finally came to life and is out in the world 🥲

Exhausted, but deeply grateful for everyone who stopped by the tables, shared a word, or took a piece with them ✨ by @magma.bruta

Hey world!

In the coming weeks, we’re bringing something to life. We are thrilled to announce a collaboration with Portuguese plastic artist and comic book maker Rita Torres 🧚‍♂️

By playing with light and silhouettes, Rita creates a playful world full of blurred shapes and colorful drawings. After self-publishing a very small edition of her comic book ‘Doing the best I can’, we’ll be launching a new riso printed edition.

Stay tuned!

Recently, we tabled at @feiradalegria in Porto — our first fair in a year!

We launched Andrea Lukic’s new book and some mini prints we made at @arco.ignis with Bruno Borges.

Despite the hot weather and only two hours of sleep, it felt great to be back tabling alongside friends.

Thanks for having us — see you next year! by @magma.bruta

Hi everyone!
After a brief pause to enjoy life and organize the chaos of everyday living, we come bearing fantastic news!

We’re launching a new book in June with @antonlevis 🤗

Based in Canada, Andrea Lukic continues her journey in the comic world by joining us. Intensifying her storytelling with color and movement, she captivates our eyes with sharp, demonic illustrations that draw us into her unrestrained world.

You can explore her work at @antonlevis in preparation for her upcoming comic book - How to Kiss a Crying Man! by @magma.bruta
